I self-publish and work from home so this doesn't apply to me, but at my most recent on-site job they didn't require proof of anything.

No though I live in a country with nearly 100% of adults vaccinated so it is less necessary.

No but they really should. Our customer base is literally unhealthy elderly people and we send technicians into their house in every state. We do have pretty strict policies in place other than vaccination requirements for techs but as they are essentially out there solo it would take a customer complaint to flag them not following them.

For office staff I'd say it's never going to happen as our HQ is in Florida but maybe our NJ warehouse does have the requirement in place due to local policies

No, but with the rate of employees getting it (including one of the very hardest workers dying from it) and people quitting from having to pick up the slack of all the sick people, they really should have

At the moment, not truly. Theres a strong incentive to do so, but not yet. They are talking about it so that they would be in compliance.

I voted no (though they should). It's slightly more complicated than that, I guess. The company I'm doing work for doesn't require anything, but I'm a contractor, and my actual employer did ask for my vaccination status. However, it still wasn't required, they just said that maybe if you weren't vaccinated you'd be subject to more frequent testing. Really lackluster sort of response.

Yes, even for those working from home like myself. They provide paid time for taking vaccines and boosters as well.

They also require weekly COVID tests, again even for people working from home. I also get paid to do them.

i'm not required to (WFH), but yeah we have PTO for vaccines/boosters

... we also have 'unlimited' PTO in general, but they have a specific thing in there where your boss can't reject a request if it's vaccine related

Not required to work. Only required if you want to go maskless. Company still requires masks within close proximity of anyone.

Back in November they required all employees to submit their vaccination status (whether yes or no), with the claim that they would not make vaccines mandatory, but unvaccinated employees would undergo a mandatory COVID test once a week beginning in December.

Not exactly, but they do keep track of who's been vaccinated and they help non-vaccinated employees to get them.

No, but we are required to note our status and then if you aren't you have to get the required testing. At least, they just rolled that out today.
