Well, technically, you didn't. You didn't really clarify what it was about the name that caused problems. Or if it was the original name or something the player had named it that the mods wanted renamed because it was potentially offensive. Or something that was autoflagged in some way. Or whether the player was defiantly refusing to rename it or if it happened with them barely being aware of what happened.

Your topic title comes across like vague clickbait without extra details. And most people aren't going to want to click on a random video without context.
