Before this, I've only watched Zombie Land Saga in terms of actual idol anime, plus some idol-ish band girl anime like BanG Dream and D4DJ. I don't know what exactly drew me to try out this particular one. I'd say Harry from Hugtto is my favorite of all the Precure mascot/fairy characters I've seen. He had a cool personality, he played a pretty big role in the story, he had some badass moments, and he still fit the mascot/fairy archetype well despite also having a human form that he was in a lot.

Winter = Wonder Egg Priority (gave up on watching it because Spring = Vivy: Flourite Eye's Song (dropped because it was too gory for me) Summer = Kageki Shojo (dropped because All three of these were the #1 show I was most hyped for going into those seasons, and I couldn't watch any of them because of those things that I couldn't handle. I know after the fact that Wonder Egg didn't live up to the hype, but both Vivy and Kageki Shojo got really great reviews. In terms of other new shows, I'm also really hyped for Takt.Op Destiny (a music-themed original action anime), Build Divide: Code Black (a new card game anime that looks more dark and serious like WIXOSS instead of childish like Yu-Gi-Oh or Vanguard) and Pride Of Orange (an anime about cute girls playing ice hockey of all things). Welp, finished Maho precure after starting it early April. Episode 49 was the final battle, and it had to be pretty damn high on the series power scale considering the final boss
