Ah yeah, the episode where typically the protagonist is the one who becomes personally attached to the villain, but instead it's Rohan for some reason lol

Also, yeah, Kira's def my favorite villain in JoJo. And his dub voice is so good. DC Douglas knocks it out of the park.

7 > (power gap, 7 is the best manga ever made) > 6 > 4 > 8 > 5 > 2 > 3 > 1

8 was higher but it seems Araki either dropped the ball or he got his pages cut by the publisher

Welcome to the part where stand rules just start to become arbitrary and only referenced/relevantly when it makes an interesting plot point.

This is definitely where it starts to pick up.

It's also when fights became much more creative and unique and unlike any other standard action show. I do think it takes awhile until diu fights started becoming proper back and forths though.
