Later seasons feel like the episodes kind of just end and it isn't as satisfying. As for part 4, the way they introduce new stands and build up instead of what some previous ones did where they had some foes they just destroyed right away, it's nice. All the characters have at least one fight against someone who genuinely is a good counterpart and requires some creative way to overcome them.
