I didn't say I was firing him for doing the right thing, I said I was gonna fire the guy for doing the right thing for selfish reasons

Well I'd have to know the policy more explicitly, but if they do take off the mask and are not vaccinate then that would be a violation of the policy and something reportable.

Until that happens I don't know if they are in any violation of the policy. Are they? In what context did they lie? Small talk or an official form?

Absolutely. If people don't want to get vaccinated then fine. They are outrageously stupid. And they have a complete disrespect for the health and lives of others. But they aren't legally required to get it.

But they absolutely deserve none of the privileges afforded to the people who are actually responsible and not selfish assholes and got vaccinated. If they don't want to get vaccinated then it is what it is. But they do not get to lie about it so they can not wear a mask or whatever. They need to own their stupid decision not be lying cowards about it.

So yeah. Report anyone lying about it. They deserve it. You aren't a snitch. You are simply holding them accountable for their own actions and helping protect the community.

I got vaccinated out of the goodness of my heart, but I'm not a hero. I am some dude that did a thing and is now being given a privilege for doing so. How would it be fair if someone lied to do the same, especially knowing they are violating policy and endangering people? You can do something for multiple reasons.

I also don't work hard specifically for rewards, but I'd still get upset if I was screwed over or taken advantage. You'd should run a corporation. Those in charge seen to share your mentality that the mere satisfaction of having a job and working hard is all anyone needs. Who cares about material goods or fairness?

Basically the answer is this:

If they are doing something that is in violation of the business's on site policy it is ok to mention it to people.

But if they have not violated any company on site policy, you shouldn't say anything, even if you really don't like them and think "they probably will".

that people some how think this I will just say I pity you because it must be hard to live like this. To say not wearing a mask is a privilege you have to earn no, just no.

look, Im gonna break it down, people arent going to be wearing masks in public for much longer, many already arent. If somehow it makes you mad that they may not have been vaccinated, you are in for a world of hurt my friend. You will be constantly disappointed.

my advice, dont base your happiness or your anger on what others do. Just live your best life. If you get mad at everyone you see not wearing a mask you are going to be miserable
