I literally know her status though. Unless she was lying up to last week when she said "I'm not getting vaccinated for at least a few years", and got her vaccines near a black hole, there is no way she is currently vaccinated.

You know how we have these reserves of vaccine, right? The plan now is to deal with the pandemic cluster by cluster. The local health authority will define cluster by some minimum number of positive cases within a time frame and an area.

Health Department defines a state of emergency and come in full military paraphernalia (or not) and vaccinates everybody and quarantines everybody. Tell this co-worker that everyone will know who is responsible for his getting quarantined.

You stated that people will be quarantined and vaccinated forcefully by the military if things don't get better. There is zero proof of that, so I'm not sure why you would use that to scare someone into taking the vaccine.

NY already tried to force vaccinations through a bill in December, and it was shot down. Mandatory measles vaccinations in school are also not the same thing as the military coming in and forcefully vaccinating you.

Just because they have the power doesn't mean it's happening with Covid, especially now. So telling someone that is lying.

It's weird that even when I'm like "if they are in violation of the company's policy it's appropriate to notify the boss" a few people still get mad at me because I advocate not hating the person.

No one is forcing you to provide that information. Parents are free to take their kids out of school and not let them participate in activities if they don't want to provide vaccine records and get yearly physicals.

Are airports violating HIPAA? Asking questions does not violate HIPAA. "They didn't consent to be asked if they consent" is such a stretch.
