Todays game is Outer Wilds (NOT the Obsidian RPG The Outer Worlds, this is the indie space exploration game). How would you rate the story on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest?

Easy 10, playing this game was a wonderful unique experience. You can do whatever you want in any order and it works regardless because it's all tied together so beautifully. It's hard to detach the writing from the atmosphere but I have no real complaints about any of it.

Unique storytelling that can only be portrayed through video game medium, a super-gripping plotline that sucks the player in, and a fantastic emotional payoff at the end. I'm not sure what I'd give it if told in a linear fashion; this stands out more because of its unique storytelling.
