At my high school graduation everyone called out my last name as I went across the stage. It was pretty cool.

We had a graduating class of about 1200 people.

I graduated community college, or completed the course rather. Didn't finish high school, or go to college.

High school. It consisted mostly of people I knew. University was a thousand strangers with a small handful of friends and acquaintances peppered throughout.

This too. Graduations kind of suck in general.

High school grad, easily. Lots of fun things went on in the days leading up to graduation.

University grad, on the other hand - the only thing memorable about it was finding out my favorite MLB player got his 3,000th career hit that same day.

I didn't want to go to my high school graduation, but they forced us to go because they told us they wouldn't give us our diplomas if we didn't.

I didn't go to my college graduation because they didn't require it.

In both cases, I was more just interested in getting the degree and getting out to go on to do other things. I didn't feel like I needed a huge, long, boring, tiresome ceremony (and in the case of high school, one outside at the end of June/beginning of July) to somehow validate me as a person.

In terms of extracurricular stuff, I didn't really do much of anything after college, but after high school graduation there were a fair number of parties and such, so post high-school was probably more "fun" and memorable.

College

for high school me and a friend brought lightsabers and then went and watched Attack of the Clones in the theater for like the 5th time

college though after the ceremony me and my friends to a party bus and rented out a big room at Dave and Busters which was fun and I got way too drunk despite knowing I needed to work the following morning

College, both for the bachelor's and master's degrees. Had small ceremonies with just like 30 people graduating, vastly preferred it to the giant crowd style.

I've had 3 college graduations - no ceremony at any of them.

Honestly it would have been the same at High School, but my parents made me attend. I don't really remember much about it.

I didn't walk for my high school graduation and technically still don't have my diploma because I owe a late fee to the school library. College graduation was way more memorable since it actually happened and I got the diploma.

The only thing college graduation had over high school was the fact that it was on a Friday the 13th with a full moon that appeared red as it came up in the horizon. I also remember campus security being a bunch of buzzkills and removing the two beach balls we'd tried to bounce around our seats. Like, dude, let us have our harmless fun after four years of your crap.

High School was more fun, but College was more "important" since I was the first in my family to actually graduate from a 4 year college. Also, College was a pain because the way my school was laid out, not only did each "College" have a ceremony, but the University did as well, so it was also a busy day. At least Bill Clinton gave the speech at my graduation and I got to shake his hand afterwords.

To me, both were memorable. My grad school ones were memorable, too, but probably not as much.

High school. Didnt do college. Well, no normal college. I think High School might be more memorable for most people. For many, its people they were close to since elementary or middle school. And its usually with people youre closer to, I think... Not for everybody, though...
