I want laughter. No church, no ceremony. There is a thing called 5 Wishes. It asks questions about how you want to go. And what to do when you go. You can get it from your doctor or life insurance company usually. I got mine from my credit union. May even be free online somewhere. Sign it with a witness and it's legal in CA and many states.
