Only if you're caught.

Yes. It's illegal.

I mean if the stabbing killed the person then they would have a hard time explaining they asked you to do it. I think the cops would have a hard time buying that story even if the person said they asked you to.

Most sane people won't ask you to stab them, and it comes off more like a woman that got beat the fuck up claiming that she fell down the stairs and her boyfriend didn't do it.

It's almost like these "protests" are just an excuse for degenerates to act how they please and still think themselves to be morally superior.

You are legally allowed to consensually stab someone as long as you do not cause major damage to them. Even with consent causing damage to another human is still considered assault, and doing so with the intent to kill them is still considered attempted homicide (or homicide if you suceed in killing em).

But you can stab a person legally as long as it doesn't cause too much damage.

One time before a concert there was like a freak show with this guy who was tattooed from head to toe and his tongue split down the middle and he swallowed swords and lit himself on fire and shit, and then at the end he passed around his hat for tips, but he said if anybody tipped more than five they could staple gun the bill to his body

so I staple gunned a 20 to his chest and it was so gross.

but thats kinda what youre asking

The way that it generally works is that the victim (when not deceased or disabled) has to press charges. Now there's a semantic argument to be made regarding the law itself in that even if charges aren't pressed (and thereby no action is taken), that the act itself is still illegal to the extent that somebody could choose to press charges regarding it. However, from a pragmatic standpoint, I'm not sure they could do anything unless the victim pressed charges or was left in a state where they couldn't press charges.

Depends on what you're stabbing them with and if they consent or not.

According to New Jack (take with a grain of salt) The stabbings were planned, but there was a mark cop in the crowd who thought it was real due to his reputation, and called the police.

*edit*
Actually this isn't the first time Jew Jack had legal trouble for using a blade in a match. Idk if I would get modded for gore since classic ECW is pretty graphic, but if you want to see that look up "Mass Transit Incident". He got in trouble because the kid lied about his age and was 17, and New Jack ****ed him up. It should also be noted, New Jack is not in jail.
