I saw a video on reddit. It was grossly familiar to how my living situation at home was with my brother ( @LuciferSage witnessed that ), yelling for hours at end.

Apparently she's been trying to get evidence to get emancipated but was having trouble because of the power position her parents are/were in.

She at least seems self aware...she said like, "I'm 15" like she realizes the situation she's in is abnormal and not right. Knows some terms like disassociating. A lot of the times your normal meter is just completely broken and that makes you a target for abuse..

Hoping she gets therapy and gets in a better place.

As her and I have discussed in the past, when you're raised with a mix of heavy servings from any of the 4 main flavors of abuse (emotional, physical, sexual, substance), your baseline settings for what you're willing to accept as "normal" can be severely warped going into adulthood.

Most people don't realize at 15 how abnormal their abusive surroundings are. This one is already ahead of the curve.
