For those who followed details of my life last year we were very, very close to having all of our ducks in a row for a place near Vegas but financing issues cropped up and instead of reorganizing on that we decided to move closer to my partner's family so the kiddo can spend more time with his grandma and she really wanted to be close to her family after some consideration, which I was game for.

Pretty excited, didn't think I'd be adulting this hard even a few years ago but here we are.

Plus now I am several hours closer to Wrigley Field, never a bad thing tbh.

If you work in the city, I recommend (or would recommend in non-pandemic times) MARTA-ing to avoid the traffic.

I loved living in Atlanta but it was such a pain to get around. Friends who lived in the suburbs had it even rougher.

Were sprawled out to hell here in Atlanta. Covid has actually made traffic semi bearable tbh. The suburbs dont take covid very seriously though

The city is Carrollton. About 50 miles outside of Atlanta. Also we run a virtual card shop so we work from home, it started because of medical issues for me but given the pandemic that ended up working very well. My partner grew up near here so she has a lot of insider info but I will hit people up for fun things regardless.
