Topic	Just closed on a house near Atlanta.

For those who followed details of my life last year we were very, very close to having all of our ducks in a row for a place near Vegas but financing issues cropped up and instead of reorganizing on that we decided to move closer to my partner's family so the kiddo can spend more time with his grandma and she really wanted to be close to her family after some consideration, which I was game for. Pretty excited, didn't think I'd be adulting this hard even a few years ago but here we are.
