This just makes me feel like I got insanely lucky with my rerolls. My rerolls were:

Roll 1: Stahn
Roll 2: Yuri + Luke
Roll 3: Velvet x2 + Luke + Rita + Kanonno
Roll 4: No SSR
Roll 5: No SSR
Roll 6: Cress + Sorey
Roll 7: Stahn + Luke
Roll 8: Leon + Lloyd + Kanonno + Sorey + Aegis

Selected Velvet on all of them (including the dupe one)

I think the SSR rate is 5%, which is higher than most gachas but getting 5 SRRs is insane luck.

You're rerolling a lot quicker than I was at least. Took me 5-10 mins per attempt even on an emulator. Granted I was doing it manually.

On that 5 SSR summon, I actually got 4 SSR from the 10 ticket summon. It was 3 Rainbows normally and then one of the orbs upgraded too.

My rolls went:

1 - Stahn, Leon, Ludger
2 - Luke
3 - No SSR
4 - Jude
5 - Yuri
6 - No SSR
7 - Milla, Asbel

I settled for that last one, with Velvet as my pick and Lailah as my 4th party member.

This was the one advantage SinoAlice had - that initial multi being immediately when you started the game, and letting you just stay there and hit reroll forever was very nice.

With macros I can for the most part AFK reroll with bits of intervention here and there. Running two emulators at the same time helps.

Roll 18: Stahn
Roll 19: Yuri, Kannono

I should also technically be taking #19 but I'm annoyed that this Kannono girl keeps popping up so no thanks.

If I were doing this manually on an actual phone I would have lost my mind by now.

Whilst that is nice but really being able to pick who you want is nicer I guess.

Being able to pick who you want is both a blessing and a curse though because you still feel the need to reroll. Nobody is going to be satisfied with just 1 SSR when there's the option to reroll and get more. And it always feels like if you don't reroll for the extra, you regret it down the line.

I do wish the free SSR was AFTER you reroll, so you can adjust accordingly, but oh well. I'm past that point in this game, no use dwelling on it now.

It certainly felt nicer from a reroll perspective but from a rarity / getting more bang for your buck it's worse.

Honestly I think games intentionally want people to reroll as it artificially inflates their user numbers and to some extent download numbers. Also gets people more invested as they are more likely to play if they committed a ton of time to rerolling.

The selector being after the roll would have been nice. I think in an ideal scenario to make most people not extensively reroll you just have to have the starter rolls fixed where you are guaranteed X amount of each rarity regardless. You would get some people rerolling for specific units but I think a lot of people would reroll less or not at all if they knew it was a fixed number of SSRs.

If it's any consolation, I think everyones phones are getting murdered by this thing. My phone heats up a lot (and gets the battery chewed up quickly) and I've never had that issue with any other app or game on this phone. My missus has the latest iPhone and has the same issue.

Mine runs playable, but still a bit slower than ideal on the toned down settings. I will stick with it for a bit and see if it starts to get to me.

I am heavily shocked at how lucky I apparently was.

I haven't had too many issues on an iPhone 8. Not overheating or anything, runs reasonably well.

Actually thinking about it, the heating up on this is extra bad because I've had multiple games running at the same time via split screen without any issues whatsoever. I know I've definitely had 2 games running at the same time but I want to say I've even had 2 games + youtube or the web browser open at the same time. Like physically all running on the screen at the same time not just one open and others in the background.

Hopefully they do something about it as I doubt it's that intensive, I suspect just poorly optimized.

Setting the main screen background to 2D instead of 3D actually made the app run a lot smoother for me.

Man that gives me low hopes of starting off with Rita & Yuri. Also Legendia got robbed pretty hard from the looks of this debut. Not too surprised since it definitely had issues, but still poor Senel and a lot of the other characters from it are Rs

I get the feeling it's completely not viable to run a team with 2 SRs. SSRs are just like 1000x better :S
