PA you can look up your fines literally at any time and pay them online at any time. It's a statewide database.

Maybe someone can run the numbers - after the payroll tax holiday, what if we put payroll tax on incomes for the 50k to infinity portion instead of 0 to 130k like we do now? So if you make 60k you pay payroll tax on just 10k of income. If you make 250k you pay it on 200k of income instead of on 130k like now.

It might matter less than you expect for higher income workers. I can't imagine there's very many people making, in payroll, over $1 million. Most "rich" people make their money from investments and dividends, which wouldn't be affected by this at all.

The funny part is that the thing most likely to help Trumps slim re-election hopes right now would be for him to do what he should have done from the beginning, and try to navigate the country through this.
