Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure
Wade Hixton's Counter Punch

Advanced Adventure is the best retelling of classic Dragon Ball and my favorite GBA game. I think it's high enough quality to be worth trying even if you don't care for the series, but I could be biased.

Wade Hixton is a unique take on Punch-Out. The team bit off more than they could chew--a world map, extra challenges to earn money to purchase new super moves (or one use cheats to try to rig the matches), a goofy plot--so it has more than its fair share of bugs, but the team set out to create a true successor to Punch-Out and it has a lot of heart.

i haven't heard of a bundle of these, GBA is definitely one of my bigger blindspots in gaming growing up

i played golden sun 1 and 2 when i was a kid and even back then i knew they were adequate at best (but gatdamn beautiful)

They are quite a bit better than adequate unless you have 0 other JRPG's to compare them to, there is a crap ton of weaker JRPG's out there.

The WarioWare titles are the cream of the GBA crop, especially Twisted!. Brilliant gameplay, a lovably weird cast of characters, and aesthetics to die for. These games were wildly ahead of their time.

Kirby and the Amazing Mirror is the best Kirby platformer they've ever done, thanks to a great Metroidvania-style level progression. The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap is great fun and generally considered to be a fair amount better than the DS Zeldas. Super Monkey Ball Jr. retains a lot of the charm from the GameCube original despite being on a far weaker system. The GBA F-Zero titles, Maximum Velocity and GP Legend, are pretty good and can be had for cheap.

The GBA is one of the weakest Nintendo systems IMO, and its port-heavy lineup has aged like milk, but there are some diamonds in the rough for sure.

Oh damn how did I forget Double Dragon Advance, definitely the single best game in the series

Should probably point out that WarioWare Twisted will not work on what youre using, since its gotten recommended multiple times. It is the best WarioWare game, but the hardware kinda limits its playability

Zone of the Enders: Fist of Mars.

uh let's see. Shining Soul 2 and the LotR TTT/RotK movie games are supposed to be solid diablo clone ish things. also there's rebelstar command tactics which is kinda like xcom lite but I haven't really played it.

if you don't mind imports you could probably muddle through Hatena Satena or Guru Logic Champ without too much problem. Former is a picross but with minesweeper style clues and the latter you try to fill in marked squares but you only can fire in a straight line so you have to rotate the level around. Also Rhythm Tengoku is great, yes.

Advance Wars 1 and 2 are great games on the system, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission is also quite good, and Zelda: Minish Cap is also great.

Castlevania Aria of Sorrow is one of the best Castlevanias ever made, the Mega Man Zero series is also quite good but they are extremely difficult.

gPSP? I don't know if you'll have much luck with that thing. Have you played any games from start to finish on that? I feel like I tried that ages ago and didn't get anywhere. But this was like 6 yars ago so maybe it got updated. I know the MSX emulator is really good though
