I still like my LK buy at 7.13 long term and have no plans to sell BUT if I was smart I would have sold this morning and rebought in at like 6.00. Oh well.

Oh that explains that spike down in LK about half an hour ago. A class action lawsuit was filed against LK. Strangely enough, people who bought LK yesterday are eligible to be part of the class!

Strangely that hurt a lot less than losing profits on ARMN

I think it's because I'm sorta playing this like a game to make money and don't mind losing some to start, and I lost a major money making potential with ARMN whereas this I don't feel the potential left, just that I had to eat a loss to start it.

I don't think they're going under per se but I just don't think they've bottomed out yet. Like they probably lose the lawsuit and tank even further-- I'd rather wait till then, y'know. Free up my funds for other stuff.

Well Im all tapped out from selling today anyway. Monday Ill have 30k to play with again, then another 20k Tuesday. Lots of options will open up after todays red wave.

Reminder I am not a day trade whiz or anything. I sold at 7.20 and bought back in at 6.19 and I am a little in the red now on this stock hah. We will see if it ranks or if it can right the ship.

A couple weeks ago I bought Uber within 50 cents of the bottom and then sold it the next day a few minutes after the open when it popped. Made a 10% profit and then watched it rise 30% more that day, and like 50% more over the next 2 weeks. So I didn't sell LK at the open today when it was over $7 and then after it fell below that I held on hoping it would get back there but it just kept falling and falling, so now I'm in the red on this.

We'll see what Monday brings, I really hope it doesn't tank to like $3.

Today was a bad day but thats okay. We will learn from this and become next-level investors. Next week should be ripe for the picking thanks to todays Red Sea.

My friend told me about XSPA, he uses Motley Fool and they were high on it. Shouldve bought into it but oh well. Do you still have it? Whatd you buy in at?

Yeah, I just wasnt sure if you bought it before todays spike. It should go up Monday but I always play it safe and sell at a quick profit.

Why do you think it will go up on Monday? The news of it getting into coronavirus came out today, so wouldn't the increase be limited to today?

Some spill over. I dont think itll go down a whole lot of it does it all. But thats all the more reason to sell now, since you seem to have caught it on the ride down.

Some analysis on LK:

They had an IPO last May which brought in $651 million and a second round offering in January that brought in an additional $865 million, so the total is a little over $1.5 billion. The market cap right now is... $1.36 billion. So if the company had just taken the funds the received and put them in the bank, and the company's operations were worth zero, it would be a good value buy at this price.

Of course the fear is that that $1.5 billion is not in LK's accounts already - that it's already been funneled off to the founders and insiders who have gotten rich and are enjoying life on an island somewhere. But I do feel a little better about holding this for now.

I think were going to be in a good position to make some money next week. I kind of wish I went into LK again but oh well. Im wagering a lot of the steady, strong stocks that went down last week are going to go up. I just hope I didnt miss the train by not investing Friday PM.

Keep an eye on VEL. Its at rock bottom and could be poised for a rebound.

ONCS is expecting a press release about a vaccine for Corona.

NYMT suffered a minor hit but was enjoying two spikes before it happened.

As happy as I am that the market is doing very well, I cant help but feel annoyed that I missed out on potential gains. Three of the four initial stocks I mentioned on Saturday are over 50%.

I bailed on LK first thing and went back to EVRI

made all the money I lost on LK back in a hurry, so that's good.

You couldve picked pretty much any stock today and wouldve done very well. Pissed my money was tied up all weekend.

EVRI just earned me $100 after I hit a stop at $3.30 so that was cool.

Now I have a problem where I kinda wanna buy back into EVRI but I don't want to get a restriction so I need to find the right price to buy back in cause I need to buy at a price where I feel confident holding for a few days.

I dont feel comfortable holding any of these stocks for multiple days. I feel like theyre all liable to drop double digit percents in any given day.

I think I might just wait until the end of the day to buy any more stocks. I agree that I don't feel confident in any of these to hold. But yeah I can't make another day trade for a couple of days or else I'm gonna get flagged and I don't have 25k on hand to put into this.

I have most of my money now in long term stocks I am not touching, pretty happy with getting back to my usual wait and see approach since I am busy with business right now.

I've been lurking this topic for a while. I have no experience with the stock market prior to a month ago and am just dipping my toe in with $1000 to get some actual experience with the platform and the rules, etc.

Bought ERI at $10.26 on Friday and sold this morning at $13.31! That was fun. Why is it so easy to get money :O

My friend is holding onto LK too. Who knows whatll happen with that one. If you have remaining funds not yet invested, invest in another stock to offset your losses with LK. I have a feeling tomorrow will be a green day, but nothing like todays.
