azuarc 02/28/20 7:59:31 PM #1:	10 years ago, I got two cats, a brother and sister, who I named after video game cat entities. I was living with two guys at the time who were gamers, so the girl cat became Mithra (referencing FFXI) and the boy cat became Neko (referencing Secret of Mana). I didn't even know Neko meant cat in Japanese at the time. Fast forward to last year, and Mithra died of medical complications. We were never sure precisely what was wrong with her, but she eventually succumbed to some kind of illness, and Neko has been alone since. Today I decided to remedy that. (Pix to follow.) Shelter Cat is a gray tabby with hints of tan on her underbelly, and I figure maybe I ought to continue with the naming scheme. SO... Name cat characters from games. They can be: 1) An actual cat. (Jeane from NMH) 2) An anthropomorphic cat (Morgana from P5) 3) A cat race (Khajiit from TES) or really anything else cat-related you can think of. Sweet little thing, very affectionate. Loves to curl up on laps. Hasn't warmed up to Neko yet -- he snuck down to the basement when I was checking on her before bed and she went rigid and hissed a little.
