"Not only is every part vitalized by the oxygen, but the act of digestion depends
materially upon a certain amount of oxygenation of the food, and this can be
accomplished only by the oxygen in the blood coming in contact with the food and
producing a certain form of combustion. It is therefore necessary that a proper
supply of oxygen be taken through the lungs. This accounts for the fact that weak
lungs and poor digestion are so often found together. To grasp the full significance
of this statement, one must remember that the entire body receives nourishment
from the food assimilated, and that imperfect assimilation always means an
imperfectly nourished body. Even the lungs themselves depend upon the same
source for nourishment, and if through imperfect breathing the assimilation
becomes imperfect, and the lungs in turn become weakened, they are rendered still less
able to perform their work properly, and so in turn the body becomes further weakened.
Every particle of food and drink must be oxygenated before it can yield us the proper
nourishment, and before the waste products of the system can be reduced to the proper
condition to be eliminated from the system. Lack of sufficient oxygen means imperfect
nutrition, imperfect elimination and imperfect health. Verily, "breath is life."
The combustion arising from the change in the waste products generates heat and
equalizes the temperature of the body. Good breathers are not apt to "take cold," and they
generally have plenty of good warm blood which enables them to resist the changes in the
outer temperature. In addition to the above-mentioned important processes the act of
breathing gives exercise to the internal organs and muscles, which feature is generally
overlooked by the Western writers on the subject, but which the Yogis fully appreciate."

There are millions of those. Video game creepypastas and "lost episodes" are generally the worst by far, although ritual creepypastas rank up there as well.

I can remember a lot of the really bad ones I've read, but I didn't exactly bookmark them. Many of them are as poorly written as they are nonsensical, like one which said, "When he had grown up to be a respectable kid," or some such drivel. (It's about a killer murdering two girls for no real reason, then the parents had a son later on who wound up living in the same room where the girls' bodies were hanging in the closet -- because parents who had their kids murdered in a house would continue to live in that house -- and their ghosts got mad because the parents didn't tell the son about them so they killed the parents.)

Jeff the Killer is supposedly really bad, but I never bothered reading it.

Oh, plus one of the other worst ones I've read involved the population of a town turning into mannequins, with the protagonist running around figuring out what was happening before turning into one himself. It was a goofy idea, but it got even stupider because the POV changed after that (and I think it also went from first-person to third-person) and it revealed that some artist was behind the whole thing and he had transformed the town through some unknown means to sell it as an art exhibit, which somehow turned a terrible story a million times worse.

House of Wax was at least comprehensible. The people who got changed iirc had wax poured on them, whereas the mannequin people in this story were just turning completely plastic, possibly because a gas had been sprayed on the town or something... and, for whatever reason, it just took longer with a few people

It all started with the creepypasta for SCP-173, and then it became a collaborative writing site where people can shape their creepypasta ideas in the form of scientific reports.
