Inventory is controlled by items scanned at the point of sale. It makes zero sense whatsoever that the door greeter scanning your receipt was inventory control. People would say stuff like this is ridiculous, Im not a thief! I must have missed the meeting where we were told to lock it up specifically because of you. I was going up to one of the self checkouts and one of the employees closes that one as I am about to scan my item. It isn't like I had a ton of stuff either because it was just 1 or 2 items. I had to go to another self checkout machine which the greeter could see and got my receipt and they still stop me and ask for my receipt. I actually did get a response from corporate.
