Tips goal for today's marathon is $1000, and he will do the postive reveal if it is met.

Also, if the goal is met, he might set a tier 2 goal, and if that is met he'll do something cool, but he won't reveal what.

Jesus fucking Christ, 1.000 dollars for some "positive" reveal. I fucking hope it's mot met, but some whale always pops up.

This is some hardcore begging and marks a new low. I am at a loss for words here.

The stream has been awful, starting with an hour and a half plus pre-stream full of begging, followed by a bathroom break. Once he started the game, he wandered around outside the castle for several minutes trying to remember the controls, then went in the castle and wandered around reading every sign he found. When he finally entered the first level, he divided his time between singing along to the music and pausing to read donations. He honestly seems to be enjoying himself, and he's clowning quite a bit, but this is just brutal to watch.

How about Phil's choice of words? He kept saying no one guessed it and that he managed to keep the cat a secret. I believe keeping something secret and outright lying about it are two VERY distinct and different things. People have been saying he will reveal he had a cat, or that he would break that very same news, but I guess all those people were wrong huh?

Apparently they had the thing since last Christmas. But even though our boy is in the worst financial situation of his life, buying expensive food, kitty litter, toys, etc for the thing, is no issue at all. You can fucking bet your ass that the cat is going to be held "hostage" for money. "Please tip me so the cat can eat" and other shit.

And why are people surprised by this? He lied about his taxes and used the money to fly Kat across the country. He lied about his wedding, and now it turns out he has this cat for the last 8 months, yet people keep throwing him money.

Speaking of throwing him money, the way donations went was.... suspicious to say the least. He got a 300 something dollar tip while he was taking a break/on the toilet, and after the goal was met, he received another 1.000 dollar donation. I am pretty damn sure that the person who made that last donation (PlanetJeff, from my understanding he is a widower, his wive must be rolling in her grave..) was in on this. Phil didn't acknowledge this donation, and it came AFTER he met the 1k goal. My bet is that he contacted Phil, telling him he wanted to donate the entire 1k, but Phil told him to wait. Because he he donated the 1k upfront, no one else would have to donate anymore.

So you fucking paypigs, well fucking done. You all motherfuckers paid this irredeemable scumbag over 2k dollars, just to learn he was lying about having a cat for the past 8 months. And he is irredeemable because he had the poor thing declawed. That is unusually cruel for a cat.

And PlanetJeff, get some fucking help. See a therapist or something. Phil is not your friend, you are a means to an end for him, the only thing he cares about is your money. You could literally have used that 1000 dollars for ANYTHING, yet you decided to spend it on someone who is a notorious liar, who also completely spat in your face, because with your donation, Phil managed to hit the 2k stretch goal, which was curiously omitted. He has already thrown you under the bus for giving him 1k, what you suppose will happen when you stop giving him money?

And anyone still believing that Phil is bad off financially... good job, you all played yourselves. Just like I said, everyone will get the reveal, at least they didn't have to pay for it.

Now watch and see how Phil will monetize his cat even further.

Getting a cat declawed is one of the worst examples of animal abuse that's still legal (besides docking a dog's tail or clipping their ears for non-medical reasons), and of course that's what he did...
Declawed cats are in horrible pain for a long time after and are miserable for the rest of their lives.

I bet he is the type who would dock a dog's tail and/or clip their ears too.

I still can't fathom how Phil has the luck of the devil. All the people he's alienated, all the bridges burned, all the mistakes made, yet he still always gets bailed out by his paypigs sending him thousands of dollars. If ever someone didn't deserve what they had it is DSP.

Phil seemed pretty sure that the goal would be met, hinting early on that he "had a feeling" it would happen, this despite the fact that the total was relatively low for much of the marathon. Plus, he had to know how bad it would look to refuse to share his "positive reveal" if the goal wasn't met. All of that leads me to believe he had been in contact with PlanetJeff ahead of time and knew full well that a thousand dollars was coming, which means the rest of the marathon was a farce designed to milk as much money as possible before PlanetJeff showed up.

Still, requiring a thousand dollars to reveal that he had been lying for months and was using donations to pay for an unnecessary expense despite claiming every month that his bank accounts were empty, well, that might be one of the sleaziest things he's ever done. He has proven that he can lie about anything and use the excuse that he did it because of the detractors, and his fans will eat it up. Enjoy that two grand on your conveniently timed day off, Phil.

People shouldn't send him troll tips, but the blame isn't even close to equal. Let's be generous and say that he made $100 during that marathon from detractors sending him dollar tips with troll messages attached. He still got over $2000 from everyone else, most of it from a handful of people. The problem is that handful of die-hard fans who will show up and drop hundreds or even thousands of dollars. There are probably less than a dozen people keeping him afloat, and if they stopped contributing, DSP would be finished.

It's hilarious how Phil thinks he is "smart" just like with the wedding.

- For the past 6 months he has been saying he'd love to have a cat, but didn't have the money for it. So everytime he brought it up, he lied about i.

- Is in the worst financial situation of his life, yet doesn't mind having an extra mouth to feed. Lying about money.

- Lots of people theorized the reveal would be a cat, yet Phil would deny this every time, contuining the lie.

- Phil went out of his way to mask the pressence of the cat, because he had to make sure nothing would happen it. Like how his parents got swatted.

- Phil lied about the marathon. I am 100% confirmed that he knew about the 1k donation in advance, and he got a 300+ dollar donations whilst taking a break.

- Even though he made over 2k dollars during the reveal stream (and he took monday off, he ALWAYS has the day off after coming into money), he'll soon be begging for more.money, being overdrafted and not having money to buy new releases, the cycle never ends.

I hope people will at last wake up. He is pulling the same shit as with his wedding. He had FOUR "fundraisers" while he had the cat, made 2k revealing the thing, and did so lying out his ass. People paid him 2.000 dollars, not to hear he just had a cat, but that they also have been lied to for over 8 months.

I really believe this is one of the scummiest things he's done in a long time, maybe one of the scummiest things he's ever done. To me, that was beyond his normal lying and begging--that was a carefully planned and orchestrated scam that had been in the works for months. He conned his viewers into paying him a grand to admit that he'd been lying to them for months, and then he has the gall to act like he got the win over the detractors. If you told 2016 Phil that someone on Twitch made their viewers give them a thousand dollars to reveal that they owned a cat, 2016 Phil would have called that person a greedy, amoral fucking scammer who deserved to be kicked off the site.

The only positive aspect to this whole thing is that it at least wasn't as boring as everything else he's done lately.

And yet he continues to say people have no valid reason to dislike him. He can't even pretend his streams are about gaming anymore.
