I've actually seen a photoshoot that might've been attempting to be tentacle porn. I mean it was just an octopus being draped over a dude's crotch in various ways but, uh, I guess it counts. The sad thing about live action tentacle porn is that there's a movie called The Untamed that shows it can be done incredibly well with CGI, but that movie's not a porno so the good stuff is not shown for more than a few seconds.

Meanwhile the actual tentacle porn movies all have this wacky, rubbery puppeteering that destroys any eroticism you might be capable of experiencing watching it.
