RE Portable, George Romero's film adaptation, the original Revelations trailer which suggested a much different story than we got. The amount of RE4 pre-release versions alone probably gives the series the most what-ifs ever. The original Overwatch roster is very intriguing, especially JETPACK CAT. How's about the original un-cut version of Event Horizon? or Alfred Hitchcock's Kaleidoscope?
