The Little Match Girl Oddly sounds like an anime trope, but it's not often seen through it. It's more a classic literature thing. This trope is so poorly defined that I'm not even sure there are any well-known characters who actually meet all the criteria. The TV Tropes page just seems like a list of girls who are affiliated with flowers regardless of whether they have the personality or background that supposedly goes with it.
