Something I just noticed

The ROH Honor Club app has started to upload old ROH shows from the beginning. So far they just have the first two (The Era of Honor Begins and Round Robin Challenge)

Maybe the oddest thing about ROH is how their very existence begins with a sports entertainment style homophobic gay-bashing segment/squash match between the Christopher Street Connection and Da Hit Squad. It was embarrassing in 2002, and its INCREDIBLY awkward today.

Well guess what? They scrubbed it for the app!

ROH history now begins with Jay Briscoe vs Amazing Red.

Among the Emmy categories the nearly $3 billion sports-entertainment company is competing in are structured reality series, for WWE Raw; unstructured reality, for its E! show about the lives of female wrestlers, Total Divas; and live variety special, for its version of the Super Bowl, Wrestlemania.

Oh god, they consider Raw a structured reality series now? God damn it Vince

At the TV Academy, McMahon made an even bolder bid, comparing WWE to cultural phenomena like Hamilton, Stranger Things, and The Handmaids Tale.

Even more crazy Cass rumors!

Former WWE superstar Big Cass reportedly threatened 205 Live announcer Vic Joseph, shortly before his release from the company earlier this week.

According to a DirtySheets report, Cass threatened to 'take his head off', after seeing the announcer chatting with Cass' ex-girlfriend Carmella.

Joseph and the SmackDown Live Women's Champion are known to be friends, though Cass suggested that something was going on between the two, according to DirtySheets.

Carmella and Cass dated from 2014-2017, and were a featured couple on E!'s Total Divas.

After his loss to Daniel Bryan at Money In The Bank, Cass left the show immediately, which was seen as disrespectful by many in the back.

There still isnt enough money in womens indie wrestling to throw away WWE, like someone like Cody can.

Like I doubt Toni Storm, or Tenille Dashwood, or Tessa Blanchard, or Chelsea Green, or Deanna Purazzo are making even Ember Moon-level money, and theyre the top stars out there.

Its a LOT better than it used to be, but still a gap

Speculation seems to be that ths is setting up Lashley as the next challenger for Brock. While I don't think it'll happen, as long as it's not Roman I'm fine with it.

I was actually thinking about Summerslam and Lesnar's next match. Say they keep Braun's whole thing about challenging Lesnar the moment he shows up. Lesnar opens the show in the ring or something, and Braun cashes in right there, and ends up winning. Fast forward 19 hours to the end of the show, and he faces whoever was set to take on Brock later that night (probably Roman). I don't think they'd have someone like Braun be in two matches in one night, even with that big of a gap between the two, but maybe!

When Lashley was in TNA, they really groomed him like a Lesnar. It's too bad WWE doesn't know how to recapture what made Lashley so great a year ago, but I'm all for this match. In all honesty, it's kind of a dream match. On paper, it's a really hard-hitting match-up.

It's not Lashley or Heyman's fault Vince is dumb. I think Heyman's only concern is, "How the fuck do I do a good promo about Lashley after that stupid feud they just pulled?"

That said, all these "reports" keep coming out about Brock's opponent. First it's Roman, then it's Rollins, then it's Lashley, then it's Roman again. Maybe it'll be CORBIN next?!

It wouldn't surprise me if this was some kind of intentional smokescreen by management, or if they just plain hadn't decided yet.

For storyline purposes, say Braun came out tonight and said he's challenging Brock at Summerslam. Would that make him the number 1 contender, or would he have to enter the match at the next ppv and win in order to keep it from being a triple threat?
