like, ones that you actively keep up with and listen to every release etc, and do you still like them?

like, for me, modest mouse - got into them in 2005, theyre still one of my favorites, i still follow their albums (the like, 2 and an ep they released...) as they come out

agalloch was another big fav of mine, i got into them in 2006 around the time ashes came out and over time became a massive fanboy, followed them to the end and now i follow the bands they split into

radiohead on the other hand, i got into them in 2005 as well, and i still listen to ok computer / the bends / kid a from time to time and love the, but i haven't listened to anything they've put out since in rainbows, so i wouldn't really count them (in rainbows was rad though, i need to listen to it more)

are there any you were into for a long time but stopped keeping up with?

Honestly, it might be Coldplay or Everclear. Being a fan since 2000.

Before I was that 90s kid, who owned a Will Smith, Spice Girls or Madonna album. But I eventually moved on.

Now I guess I'm into that weird, old shit. Modest Mouse, Ugly Casanova, Built to Spill, Velvet Underground, Lou Reed, and what ever else.

I was into Slipknot for a while, but that's pretty much done. Haven't even listened to their last album, which was released like four years ago. Don't have any interest whatsoever.

Queen definitely. They were the first band I ever loved; really the band that got me into music. I was probably around 5 or 6 when my aunt introduced me to them and I was hooked immediately.

Sucks when the band died because Tim was arrested, but the other members would go on to form a new band Wovenwar which was great not as heavy as AILD. But the band is back together and released a new single that is great like their old stuff.

I cant believe people are still supporting them after that ... tried to have his wife murdered and then didnt even serve his full sentence.

I remember when the news first broke, and I first felt anger then it turned to disappointment that Tim would do what he did. It is not acceptable for anyone to do what he did, but his apology was heart felt and sincere.
