I recall Azure Rathalos is pretty airborne for a lot of the fight. Flying and fireballs. Pink Rathian is worse imho.

Almost done with Pnauts. It went from zero to sixty way too fast in terms of pacing. Prologue/Act 1/Act 2 took me four hours I'd reckon but I've burned through 3/4/5 in half that time.

ARath in world is nerfed, he just kinda flies around a lot and wasn't too much of a threat. Nothing like the nightmare G2 quest with him and the tigrex.

I was on a cruise ship when I got there so I had to solo it, fun times.

Yeah, I got her sister too. Saw G36 and got really excited and then it just crashed when I didn't see maid. Now I'm so low on resources I need to send all my teams to logistics.

I feel this way about every Monster in World that flies a lot since they get flashed the moment they take flight. I kinda wish the buff that Tempered Monsters got against flash pods applied to the regular one's too, because Kushala Daora gets bullied.

This is how I killed the G rank Rathian. Also I can't tell if it's because I've only fought Azure Rath in Volcanic Hollow(I hate every slanted area in these maps) or just the FoV, but I can barely see some of the flying Monsters in this game.

Yeah the heavily slanted places in Volcanic Hollow sucks, though I can say if you stay near the high grounds of the ledges, you'll have an easier time. Kinda weird that you have a field of view prob with flying mons though. I think for MH, I have the vertical camera controls slower

Vhollow is just complete ass

Every monster in world got nerfed into the ground. They're a shell of their former selves. It's just a matter of how hard they got nerfed. Some only got a little (Black Blos is mostly intact) but others got completely dumpstered (rip teostra..).

I burned all my contracts and almost all of my resources. Seriously, my ammunition count is literally in the single digits at this moment. I won't be crafting anything for a while unless I decide to spend real money, which I don't plan on spending any more of. I spent $10 the first week the game was out and nothing since.

Shorter length wise is actually a plus for me for VNs. I feel like a lot go on way too long or just have way too much padding. Not all of course as I have enjoyed the long length on a few but others have boring stretches where I just lose interest.

I think this was exemplified by the list that was posted a topic or so ago where all of mankinds longest works of fiction were all VNs.

I think 25-30ish hours is kind of the ideal length for me.

I got so much stuff from 11k ammo, down to 250 ammo now lmao

Got the TAR, FMS, a lot of choco loli FFC and Type56's, 2 VAL's, a PTRD, another mosin nagant, a springfield i needed, and then random 3's.

Haven't gotten the G41 like i want, or any of the new guns, but at least now i have a lot of cores.

I still got plenty of resources, manpower and parts are down, but I still got a ton of ammo and rations.

I was looking through the production log and filtering out only 4* ARs and I only saw, like, two G36s. I guess I was expecting half the list to be her because of rate up.

I agree there. My end time was about eight hours, so Pnauts is definitely something that could be played in a weekend.

Ultimately my main complaint is that there wasn't any side stuff to do, which led to pacing problems in the second half.

Also for being the cream of the cops, holy crap the main characters are stupid.

He also did three of the Tokimeki Memorial dating sims, believe it or not.

So I beat that Azure Rath/Tigrex mission on my first try. That wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be after my trouble with Rathian/Red Khezu. It took me 28 minutes and I carted twice <_<

I'm trying to not use Charge Blade as much while I'm still playing World since I feel it's making me worse at 4U's iteration.

Yeah, I heard about that. Apparently the new batch of girls includes some censorship that wasn't even in the Chinese version (which was already censored) and fans sent enough angry e-mails and tweeted enough angry tweets to let the developer know that they're pissed off about it. Hopefully they reverse some of the censorship, or the best case scenario, add the "hidden but actually sort of official uncensor method" that was put in the Chinese version when they were originally forced to censor the game.

Shoot I didn't see your post, don't think I'm a jerk or anythin'. Well to clarify, Policenauts is kind of a VN, in the sense it's text dense as Kojima writes, but it's also kind of a point and click adventure game, in that ninety percent of the time, you're exploring the world through your cursor.

Probably back in the day, it'd be exclusively classified as the latter, but nowadays I can't help but feel it's a bit prototypical of what eventually solidified as the visual novel genre.

It's in that one leaked list that a lot of people were super sure of after Kulve Taroth was released, although her name was just "Treasure Dragon" on it.

Oroshi Kirin and Alatreon would be the remaining two after Lunastra so I'm looking forward to those.

policenauts is one of those things that I tend to just think everyone knows about, but no one has actually played. it's attached to such an interesting piece of trivia that I feel like the name gets passed around a lot but I don't know anyone who actually cares to find out more beyond that

Huh, so It happens very slightly differently than in the VN and has a nice interaction between Kurisu and Okabe where they talk about Maho and Amadeus. I like the ending where it showed the message slowed her down just enough for him to hit the key, which is something that wasn't in the VN.

Officially confirmed, Emiru and Lulu are going to become full-fledged Precure like fans have been hoping. According to the upcoming episode titles, the glorious moment looks to be coming in episode 20, 3 weeks from now. Also, Emiru's guitar may or may not have the ability to transform into A FUCKING GUN, which is amazing. Hana chooses to not take the badass sword earlier in the series, but Emiru just decides to go rambo and pulls out a gun. I foresee adding a few "delet this" images to my reaction pics folder.

Yeah, pretty much. People had been speculating about Emiru since her debut like 10 episodes ago and Lulu since when she infiltrated Hana's home/life to learn more about the Precure, so it's not like it would have caught anyone off guard. I'm not annoyed by this being so openly spoiled by Toei themselves, but now the glorious moment of them finally transforming into Precure for the first time will probably lose a bit of its impact and awesomeness. It's still be really fucking awesome though.

I wonder if they did the same thing for past Precure seasons? This is my first time ever following one as it aired, so I really don't know.
