That happened a week AFTER Mania. That whole attack started when Roman was interviewed by Cole about his victory over the Undertaker.

With that said, it made no sense to make pre-ambulance Braun one of the first eliminated last year.

So yeah, kinda disappointing Almas/Black wasn't another 5 star classic like Almas/Gargano, they seemed to be out of sync a bit, but still a solid **** to ****1/4.

That being said, Black is definitely a superstar and dude needs to be called up sooner than later. Great look, amazing entrance, great ringwork, decent enough on the mic to get the job done.

Ladder Match: **** - awesome spotfest, Ricochet DELIVERED. I thought it dragged a tad near the end, but man. Awesome

Women's Title: ***- loved the shoulder story, and the ending. They got boned going after the ladder match, so crowd was a no go, but they did well.

Tag Match- ***1/4- another fun spotfest, and a great finish

NXT Title: ****- Loved this. They executed the story perfectly. My wife rarely watches NXT, but was all in on Black by the end with how great cien and vega were as heels.

Gargano-Ciampa- *****- kept me guessing the whole way. Made me feel queasy at times. Hot crowd, HAD IT ALL.

Yeah, I can't see ROH beating NXT tonight.
