Those are way more long term investments than movie or a typical show. Yet the average reaction when a game is spoiled is "lol its just a game"

People were upset that RDR got spoiled for them. I beat the game so I didn't care when the spoiler trolls revealed the ending.

maybe it's just the sort of places you hang around in, I see people get more annoyed over game spoilers than any other kind
