Depends on what you mean by best. If you want like overall winrates across all games then I think it's Call to Arms Paladin. However if you want like matchups based on what you'll see in the meta then it's Raza priest.

Tempo Rogue was a weird case last expansion because it actually didn't have overwhelming win rates versus anything and instead was just a solid deck all around. Right now Tempo Rogue I'd say is border line tier 1.

Decks like cube lock too really help Raza maintain dominance in the meta as the matchup is highly favored for the priest and at the same time hurt the Paladin and rogue lists.

After I decided which decks I'd be focusing on in this expansion, I went back and slowly bought a bunch of KFT packs with gold to get another legendary, and because I'm missing a lot of commons/rares since I barely played the game when it first came out, before saving up for the next expansion. After 15 or so packs, I got a Moorabi.

What a waste of time.

This is the rogue List I'm running right now. It's on a 10 game win streak atm. I think that right now Scalebane is a safe cut as I think it's too slow in most matchups now. I replaced them with Spellbreakers but it's basically now a tech spot where you can put what you see fit.

Cold Blood won't really help with board control much so most tempo rogues don't really run it anymore, you have plenty of burst anyway with Leeroy/Deckhand and Shadowsteps

Been playing a control mage lately, seems like it's pretty fun! half of the time I get popped but when I don't and get the armor elementals and some spells going... it's a great grinder deck. Jaina is essentially the only win con you need

This brawl was easy.

Turn 1, I read the card and realize my deck is totally not going to work like I expected. My opponent plays a Jade Idol and passes. Five seconds into my turn my opponent clearly realizes he made a similar mistake and concedes.

Yeah but Priest is 2.5 decks (big, highlander, dragon highlander), Druid is 2 decks, Warlock is 2 decks. Only real surprise is lack of Paladin. 7.5 highly competitive decks isn't enough diversity?

I copied a deck from reddit that focused on Radiant Elemental, then waited 6 games until I finally drew a Radiant Elemental.

Brawl was pretty easy. Played Druid with two of Jade Idol, Jade Blossom, Coldlight Oracles, Naturalize, and Jade Spirit. Probably didn't need the spirits but I essentially just milled my opponent while pressuring with Jades.

Just had a match where a rogue double princed on 2 and the only reason i lost is because Raza was card 28 in my deck and Shadowreaper was either 29 or 30. Ironically, I win the game if shadowreaper is 28 because I clear his board and I armor beyond his burst. After that my cards would be raza and binding.

Only 9? I recognize everyone but ShtanUdachi and SamuelTsao, and I feel like I should know them and just wasn't paying attention.

I don't know Hoej, Muzzy, SamuelTsao, ShtanUdachi and Sintalol for sure, and I'm unsure about DocPwn and Tom60229 who have common enough sounding names that I might have heard of them or literally any of the other Docs/Toms.

I ended up picking Kolento. He's the only person to ever get me more than one pack, two packs!, so I'm going to ride the incredibly room temperature hot streak.

So match versus secret mage as tempo rogue.

Im doing well and have amassed a large board but he has aluneth up and hes been spamming burn so Im low. He used an ice block which I broke and he goes and plays another secret plays more burn and ends his turn. He has two small minions up.

At this point I have four hp. I know the only secret he has left is a second ice block if he plays it thats impactful (I win if he has any other secret). And I know Im safe from rune. However I also know I probably lose if its ice block.

So I test and find out its block. I shadowstep (which was my draw) a awash burgled I played the turn before and I get... Frost lich jaina which I play to go to 9 hp. I also had a tar creeper on the field with two attack from a prince buff. I attack it into a minion and go to 11 hp. I clear his board and end.

The next turn he pyroblasts to put me at one and concedes.

I was just playing my 8-drop Rogue vs a Raza Priest in Wild. At one point, he played a Doomsayer to try and deal with two 3/3 Kobold Illusionists and a 1/1 Silver Vanguard. Now, I could've killed it, but I had a Cube and Faceless Manipulator in hand, so I tried something out. I attacked with the 1/1 and Cubed it to see what I got. It was Primordial Drake. That is one of a few left that I wanted to get rid of. I attacked with everything face, copied the Cube, then passed turn. I now have four 3/3 Vanguards, a 1/1 Vanguard from my hand, and a 1/1 Sylvanas.

He Spirit Lashes, and out of the Vanguard pops my Lich King. Again, still something I was perfectly fine losing. He surely thought "OK sweet, he's just wasting all his 8-drops. He surely can't have many more." He then Lightbombs.

What he didn't know was that Kel'Thuzad and Ragnaros were the two I had left. I was appreciative that he passed the turn to me so I could promptly end the game.

Any case. I finally made warlock but cant play giants because well... I don't have them. I really want gnomeferatsus too but... dont have those. So I'm playing like a pretty bad list that just tries to get a lot of value and wins sometimes because aggro loses if i get a void lord on 5 or 6 and stuff.

Don't have them either. I'm not upset with my current list, though. Gives room for some other toys, like n'zoth. Beetle has been decent for me, too.

The main thing the gnome does is it helps you in the fatigue battle with the upside of milling an important card

well it's only taken like 2 years but I'm finally interested in watching Shaman games again. also coincidentally Priest has become the class where even if it's one of my favorite players I pretty much get bored and close out of the video/stream after like 10 seconds.

So I never purchased Naxxramas because I didn't start putting money into the game until it was about to rotate out, and a Reddit post reminded me that I could still purchase it.

What is the average value of dust? For $25, I could get the adventure, dust all the cards, and come out with nearly 3000 dust, which is a much better rate than packs will ever get me. I don't necessarily need the dust at the moment, but it seems like a good thing to have as we enter the next expansion and a new rotation. With 15 000 or so dust (after dusting cards rotating out), plus gold saved up for packs, I'd be in a good position.

EDIT: It'd be $32 because Canadian money is interchangeable with Monopoly money.

I don't know if there's an actual metric on this, but if you figure 100 gold is a pack, which frequently has just 40 dust, but can sometimes have a chunk of 100, 400, or even 1600 if you're aggressive in your disenchanting, I've assumed the net average is somewhere around a hundred, and therefore dust = gold.

The average pack contains something like 107 dust, IIRC.

It's better in theory but it's also ignoring the chance to just open what you want from the packs, which is the most value.

Also if you're at the point where you're considering buying wild adventures for dust...why not just consider playing Wild? What you're talking about doing is spending money, losing 3/4 of the value to the dust system, then losing that value again in two years when all the cards you craft rotate.
