Who is your mana battery for Aigaion?

Dammit, I knew I was forgetting something. That makes things a bit more complicated. Maybe I should just bring up and enhance King for his innate reraise instead of using Rem in order to free up a slot. Or if I decide to go the GL Sakura route, I might be able to get away with her using Osmose a crapton of times, since I assume the arms respawn with full MP. Doesn't help the rest of the team, but it's a start of an idea. I may also swap out WoL for Zarg, see if I can make him the target to be Re-raised, and let him and Tilith keep me covered.

FWIW, Tilith was a sufficient enough mana battery for me when I did Aigaion, though I did need to use a few items here and there.

I was wondering if I could get away with that too, I'd just have to either not use GL Sakura (which I know may not work anyway given his 100% Dark Resist and having to use Grim - Eldritch Flame), or make sure my duo has access to Osmose.

Really, I'll have the energy to burn since I'm getting bored stiff with farming events and am just not doing them too much, nor am I TMR farming. It's just going to waste, so I might as well take some time to experiment.

Yeah, I did Rikku/Rem/WoL/A2/Tilith/A2 and it worked out alright. Swap in your preferred damage dealers and I think it's doable.

Got a Fryevia off of my free pull today. I should make the needle my second TMR, right? Unlike Aileen and Tidus, it seems like she absolutely needs her weapon, and she seems to be rated the highest of the three. Could also grab something for my almost fully awakened TT, although I'm not sure what I'd pick (only relevant 5* is Marie. I guess I could use it on William or Water Veritas, although I already have two Williams)

4* plus 18 tickets gave me no rainbows, but...

Tinkerer Carrie(yay, Carrie upgrade)

Then I nabbed the last 4* ticket from the FF7 event. Pulled, and got the most adorable thing in the game, Christine.

Now I have both 5* ice waifus-worth the ticket loss imo.
(And a good chainer for Shertan, iirc)

Noel should be available next week, so if that's what you want I'd probably just hold off until then. The new units seem okay, but they don't seem to be must-haves.

Unless you use the Fixed Dice TDH build they also need their respective weapon for full potential.

Are you ready to grind up 3 Ingus for Fry? That's the minimum you need to start seeing her potential on top of Adventure V for good measure.

TT uses the same stuff more or less.

I don't recall anything particularly difficult about it, but did you use at least Baraerora or Chloe/Minfilia provided you don't have Mystea?

It really depends.

Tinkerer Carrie offers a unique way for Lunera and CG Fina to trigger their respective bow bonuses, while Christine on one hand offers GL Sakura a noice TMR(Ninja doggie offers a similar later.) other mages can benefit from.

She can also work with Trance Terra, and her counter does interest Fry. Can hit pretty hard, and can lend her chainer ability.

Kryla on the other hand.

TMR is a Mystea engagement ring.

Best way to think of her as Tim or 9S with dual ability cast on demand. (Minus holy and dark)

Her Hex could have been interesting, but it is weak from a first glance. (A maximum of 160k damage. Twice that with Wicked Eyed from her LB.)

There are very few worthwhile hybrid weapons until Intangir Plus happens, so Fry is one of those units that have a hard time getting by well on a budget with how hybrids work, although equip rod can be used.

The others can at least imbue their weapon and scrounge up equipment on the go at worst.

Not really as it stands now. No one with a Fry likes a short chain as is since TDH is an impossibility for her now as is to be preferable.

Depending on how Gumi plans it they might boost DH for her either now(Hopefully not) , or at 7*. She is in a unique position.

Right, GL Sakura is awful against Aigaion without a solid MP Battery. I forgot that they have a constant Reflect up, so have to DC a black magic spell and then Osmose, and even then the two I have only just do enough damage to keep up with the healing. Losing a turn every so often to Osmose will seriously cripple me. Looks like I need to pick a couple of physical chainers then, that way Tilith can keep up with Prism Heal for the MP.

Definitely. As far as I know, A2 and Enhanced TT are the only ones who hit harder (TT needs a few turns to get going though, I havent seen the math spread out over 8 turns or anything though). Im not sure why 8 turns seems to be the go to for calculatin damage.

Not sure about Enhanced Orlandeau, Id have to see the math on him too. I know she was a pretty good chunk ahead of him before, but he can get his Atk pretty high after enhancements, and she still doesnt have hers.

Best I can manage seems to be 556 STR/700.MAG if I ignore durability almost entirely. Of course, my Aileen would only be at 825 STR with Artisan, so I wouldn't exactly call her well built. I'll keep thinking about it.
