Apparently the heat is because he made the situation awkward by doing it in public instead of pulling Maroon aside and expressing his concern in private. But Maroon is a professional BSer who's been carrying water for the NFL (and now WWE) on this issue for more than 30 years. Expressing your opinion privately isn't going to make him change is tune, nor is it going to help talent know that they shouldn't listen to him. +100 respect points to Corbin.

My girlfriend and I watched the Mae Young Classic first round over the weekend. I thought she'd watch an episode and get bored, but she actually kept bugging me to keep watching it. I guess it really does make women want to watch the Network!

Apparently her favorites are Serena, Santana, Rachel Evers, Toni Storm (who she said was the coolest), and Kairi Sane (who she said was the cutest). She hates Piper Niven though.

I think it would've been more fun to have a new episode to watch every week though instead of this half-binge format though.

I think I remember a podcaster (Jason Solomon/Solomonster) mention something about Niven on WWE's Youtube page. Something about a bunch of posters fat-shaming her or something dumb. Not that I've ever seen Niven before, but if that's a reason to hate someone you've never seen before, that's pretty disgusting.

I mean, WWE's pretty classless when it comes to this sort of thing (Mickie James 10 years ago), but they definitely rebounded and don't attach stigma to being overweight or obese unless it's critical to your health or performance. Still, this shines a terrible light on how yet again, being anonymous lets people say or do awful things without repercussion. Like a bunch of posters mean anything outside of like 5-10 people...if any at all.

That last sentence being total irony of course. My opinion counts for shit.

Well, she doesn't like people who don't show sportsmanship at the beginning of the matches. And she loved Santana. I think she said during the match "This isn't fair that the small girl has to face this giant one" and "Santana is doing so many cool moves and Piper is doing next to nothing!"
