Just saying, most teams of the league are penalized for the shit Packers do 24/7.

Especially OPI (using another receiver to block a defender from being able to make a play) and Offensive Holding.

And I'm not gonna say bias against Seahawks, I'm saying bias for Packers. As we all know the team that's bullshitted the most is the Lions. Like fuck. As a Seahawk fan that Divisional game last year was the worst officiated game I've ever seen.

Because I am, that should have been a closer game than it was, probably a 3 point difference as I expect Rodgers to have risen to the occasion a bit better if Hawks made it a bit closer. I would have liked a goddamn fair game, not the bullshit we got.

I can't tell if the Vikings offense actually looks good or if this is just the Saints defense being horrendous as usual. Bradford only has two incompletions so far.

Hm, I think the Saints' defense definitely still is playing a factor. Like that last pass to Rudolph was a bit high and probably would have been dislodged if there was a defender even close to him.

Though it also stands to reason that the Vikings' offense would be better this year than last.

Completions are the thing Bradford is good at, if nothing else.

Oh, and I forgot the play earlier where Bradford threw a bad like 5-yard pass for an INT in the endzone to Jordan, but Klein for some reason decided to destroy his own teammate causing him to drop the ball.

The chargers seem to always start like 2-5 with a bunch of those 5 losses being games they almost came back to win. Then they win a few in a row, act like they are playoff bound, and get hurt/lose a bunch

I did a quick check and it might be a little off but it looks like he's 34-50 in games decided by 7 or less, and 20-22 in games decided by three or less

He actually wasn't horrible until recently, when in 2015 he went 3-8 in 7 point games and 1-3 in 3-point games, and 2016 he went 1-8 in games 7-point games and 1-4 in 3-point games

In 2014 he actually went 5-2/4-2, and in 2009 he wen 6-1/4-0. Unfortunately it's not only recency bias, as in 2008 he went 2-7/2-4

Watching the Bears play defense against the Falcons (aside from the 88 yard blunder) was actually quite pleasant. As long as injuries don't completely fuck them up like last year, they could be fairly decent.

Speaking of injuries, man can Kevin White just never catch a break? Broken collarbone and shoulder blade, done for the year AGAIN. Three separate injuries in three years that have nothing to do with each other. 5 games played out of 48 total (by the end of this year). Absolutely unbelievable. Now with Meredith and White out, Wheaton still questionable due to his surgically repaired finger, our top wideouts are Kendall Wright and..............Josh Bellamy? Lol people can shit on Mike Glennon all day (and he didn't look great until the 4th, when he actually looked fairly decent), but he has no one at receiver to throw to. Though Tarik Cohen was a thing, and he looked spectacular.

In short, many optimistic signs, huge gains from last year, but still likely not a big season, wins-wise. Need to shore up the receiving corps, maybe one or two more playmakers in the front 7, then they'll be in a good spot. I actually don't mind their secondary, which started someone new at each position than last year. Needs time to gel.

Last night's game was especially annoying. I lost my fantasy matchup by 5 points, while having CJ Anderson (who failed to get a TD on multiple attempts), and Mcmanus (who missed a 50 yd FG).

I had one of those awful conflicts of interest where my opponent has a player on the team I root for, and the match was close, so I had to root for my team to win but not for Ezekiel Elliot to do well. It was so painful watching him go over 100 yards and put my opponent ahead because I couldn't be happy about it!

Thankfully, I had Dan Bailey on my team, so the FG they settled for shortly afterward put me back ahead for the win.
