The weird one imo was Rocky's Boots. They were actually trying to teach kids electrical circuits? As for Tetris games, I played all the official spin-off games -- Welltris, Faces, and Wordtris. I played most of The Learning Company games too. I'm surprised I even remember Secret of the Stars, I didn't play it much and didn't think it was very good. FireStriker was interesting but I remember me and a friend got far in co-op but became really frustrated with it and never finished it.
