Blew through all 250 of my mythril. Got a 7* of Barrett's gun arm, Cait Sith's SSB, a 6* of Rufus's SSB, Seph's BSB (!!!), Cait Sith's BSB, and one of Vincent's guns to make into a 7* (already had a 6*). Cloud's USB cams on the last pull. I have no mythril, but I have an insanely powerful Cloud (have his BSB2, not his OSB though), crazy FF7 synergy, and his USB.

Tried the Cloud USB RW on Jump Battle Start.

Tyrant dead with 2 uses of Squall BSB2 on Cloud's USB RW.

Dealing 25K dmg x 8 = 200K.

That's 400K dmg total. This is awesome. xD

Considering that there are a lot of characters from Type-0 that could get added in, I could see it having it's own realm like FFT.

Though FFT also includes TA.

Type-0 is it's own Realm, Beyond so far is just WoFF and that Japan only Final Fantasy Legends 2 crossover characters.

Cloud's OSB is obsolete now that his USB is here, so don't worry about it unless you really want that 10 attack.

Also looks like the Dirge of Cerberus isn't too far so I can save my leftover mythril and try to get Cloud or Sephiroth's BSB2 there (or hopefully get them in the Mon of the Hour Lucky Draw but that's a longshot.) I need FFVII armor primarily at the moment.

You need his BSB2 as well to make a major DPS native Cloud, but he's still pretty crazy with 5* spellblades.

I got to say, that Cloud USB RW is not the magical I-win-button that I seem to need for the 3-Man CM Bahamut.
I'm getting pretty close (like 40,000 ish left) , but 15 seconds is just so damn short.

I feel it might be doable, but my timing is off, and the fight is starting to really annoy me. 2-man would be easily doable (I did 1-man without Cloud USB), but having to choose between Wall and a Hastega is rough.

My current attempts are native Wall, with manual Haste and Desch Suicide Gauntlets as a Boostga. It's not going to be easy.

Beat the Awakening Cloud Ultimates.

Jenova Gauntlet was pretty easy for the most part until Jenova Death, her tropical wind attack really hurts, and she silenced Aerith who had dispel, so I had to deal with her hasted (I kept using Y'shtola's burst command 1 instead of Ultra cure on her, derp) had to rely on stoneskin to keep my characters alive. This fight did show me the weakness of Cloud's USB with how short it was, still 15000 damage lifesiphons got the job done.

Went dark mage team against Cloud, I was bit worried at first since I only have 2 FFVII mage relics and that Cloud can kill a character at the start before mitigation goes up, but once protectga, wall and Raines' BSB were active his damage became pitiful. Only thing that I had to worry about was Ultimate Blade Beam but a Relm USB quickly recovered from that, and gave instant cast on Raines' and Nabaat's BSB entries to kill him quickly on the last 35%.

JP FFRK announced a buff to a bunch of 5*/6* abilities. They weren't willing to put forward much in the way of numbers, but I do recall seeing a casting time buff to Ultra Cure in the works; presumably, that's a fix for Ultra Cure randomly being slower than other White Magic.

I finally beat that 3-character D300 Bahamut from hell.
This shit was seriously harder than Sephiroth and Nemesis combined. This is due to my III relics being a bunch of first generation SSBs and uniques. No Luneth BSB, no Onion BSB.

I settled for Onion with his physical SSB, Arc with both SSBs and Desch with his suicide Boostga. Cloud, being my only good en-wind BSB, was basically a must-have. I tried bringing Ramza as my second non-synergy character for Shout, but the Megaflares were killing me, so I had to bring Tyro for his SG. I honed a bunch of abilities I never thought I would need, 3* dived characters I might never use again, but it worked.

Here's what finally got the job done:
Cloud - Hailstorm r3, Omega Drive r2 - Cloud Cycle (Sword+30%)
Tyro - Haste r4, Mug Bloodlust r1 - Sentinel Grimoire (Auto-Haste & Atk+10%)
Desch - Mind Breakdown r4, Rallying Etude r4 - Selfless Spirit (Support damage +40%)
Onion Knight - Full Break r3, Armor Breakdown r4 - Onion Slice (Dagger+30%)
Arc - Curaja r5, Protectga r2 - Renewing Rains, Word of Kindness (Thunder God)
RW Cloud USB

Cloud's BSB after his USB was the only way I had of getting through the ridiculous Curaja spam. The rest of the team is built around supporting Cloud, by either boosting his Atk, lowering Bahamuts defense, and simply making sure I don't die. I thought Mind Breakdown wasn't worth it, but every little bit helps. That is 10k-20k less health to burn through. Same for Mug Bloodlust. It only lowers Bahamut's defense by 10%, but it helps.

Ultimates mastered. Stuck with my mage team of Raines (swaped for Alphinaud for Aiatar CM) Papalymo, Mog, Tyro and Y'shtola.

Gyges the Great died in a blink. He's weak to fire and I have Papalymo's burst with great FF14 synergy and easy 6x 9999s.

Aiatar was a tougher but still no match for a Papalymo focused team due to his fire weakness, Alph and Papalymo's bursts were tearing this guy apart.

Rhitahtyn sas Arvina is a completely diffrent story through, this boss is pure cheap stupid. He's pathetic for the first half of the fight, but at 50% he gets Ultimate Shrapnel which is so painful and can blind your party, and at the last 30% he spams it every other turn where even Mog and Y'shtola's instant heals couldn't keep against that damage. Even with Power Breakdown + Full Break it still does 3000 damage to the party, and then he has some backup Ultimate Magitek Missiles on the last phase (despite the ultimate name it's normal attack, I tried using Keeper's Tome over Wall in the last phase and these things did 7000 damage to my party) This boss was so frustrating with these OP moves, I tried Rapha's Burst as my RW and made Raines a third healer, he still was wiping my party out on the next Ultimate Shrapnel/Magitek Missile combo, he doesn't have a weakness and has omni resist so RW Overstrikes weren't really an option.

I finally beat this bastard by using Deployment Tactics RW and stalling on the first 40% with a wrathing Y'shtola to build up 3 bars for the last phase and damage reflect. Ugh and my FF14 synergy is so good too, can't believe I had such a hard time on this jackass,

Japan had an update to most 5* abilities, and there's so much awesomeness there. This is probably something people should be aware of, in order to have a better idea what orbs to farm for future honing.

Most abilities are improved to 4 hits. This includes all single target 5* Spellblades and all 5* Black Magics, except Meteor which is "only" 3 hits and Flare is 5 hits. This also includes most Spellblade-like abilities, like Thief or Shooter. 5* summons are all 3 hits now (Bahamut is 16.5/3, others are 15/3) and they gain an extra use, starting at 2 but ending at 6. Very few, if any, abilities remain at a single hit.

Significant increases in power are Barrage and Flare Strike going to 4×1. Flare should also be worth creating now, with 5 hits at 2.65 each. Many other abilities get a slight increase.

It's pretty dependent on your available SBs but

Protect/Shell
Full Break
Lifesiphon
Breakdowns

are ability staples

Haste
Wall
Party Boost
Party Heal

are things you generally want to have covered in your SBs. If you have all of those things you'll be covered for ultimates for sure. Maybe not Apoc fights depending on what you have, but Ultimates will be doable.

What SBs do you have access to?

Oh sorry. That's JP terminology. I'm talking about the Record Spheres. Celes' Paladin Sphere allows her to get access to White 4.

RW either Wall or a Party Heal, whichever you don't bring in your White Mage. I like to bring a white mage BSB so that frees up both Vaan and Ramza to bring Mako Might/DMT, and RW Wall.

For Vaan's flex slots I like to bring Mug Bloodlust (luxury skill) and Thief's Revenge, but it doesn't really matter, he can go the entire fight with just Ark Blast.

The other two flex member slots is really anybody that can do damage. TGCid with OSB, Kain with BSB and higher rank jump abilities, or even just bring Fran with her BSB. Whoever/Whoever/Ramza/Vaan/White Mage is my go to party, and I can clear the ultimates with no problem.

Mastered the JS version. I have a new favourite combo of Zidane BSB for imperiling wind, and Cloud BSB/USB. Added in full break, armor breakdown, shout, vessel of fate, and hailstorm. After 3 of Zidane's BSBs, an enwind Cloud was hitting 50K with each hit of ultimate cross slash. Yeah, Rhitahtyn died right there.

Ultimates mastered. Pretty easy bunch but it's probably because we've fought these guys so many times before we already know their tricks.

Yunalesca is as annoying as ever, since my FFX synergy is mostly physical I decided to use Cloud's USB and Ramza's chant. Even through I lack Omega Drive and Cloud's BSB2 Hailstorm was doing 25000x2 on Yunalesca and that made short work of this thonged bitch. I brought Realm as a second healer and for her USB so I could sneak in an instant Hailstorm to kill Yunalesca ASAP before she got too annoying with status effects.

Same Cloud USB strat on the Magus Sisters, through no status effects here so it was even easier.

Seymour Omnis however, the Cloud USB stuff didn't work because he resists Dark/Wind and I can't rely on hailstorm (10000 damage lifespihons weren't going to cut it) I could have won but I probably wouldn't have killed him fast enough before he used 6 Ultimae Ultimas. I swapped Ramza and Cloud for Vaan and Prishe for constant Non-elemental DPS. Use Vaan's BSB in the first half so Seymour would barely do any damage with his chain spells, Prishe used her burst throughout the entire fight (and did some slick damage with Tidal Knuckles equipped) On the 40% when Seymour starts using Ultimate Ultima I had Vaan use his USB instead of his BSB and spammed instant Thief's Revenges to kill Seymour ASAP. I also swapped Protectga on Relm for Blizzaga just for the medal condition, Seymour only uses physical attacks at the start of the fight.

Yeah. Those bonus fights were really easy. Good X synergy helps, but especially the Magus Sisters were a joke. I ran a Summoner team with Yuna, Braska, Seymour, Rikku (for dances) and Paine (she needed the XP), and they were literally dead before Paine got her 4th turn. 9.999×2 (or ×3) on three targets, from three different characters, was just beautiful. I should totally have given Seymour the Doublecast RM for the potential to do 179,982 damage with one action.

The two Seymours got mitigated down to joke levels by Shellga, a Wall RW, and Mog with Heathen Frolic, Multi Break, and his old unique SB Heroic Harmony, while Ramza Shouted and Tidus (both) and Bartz (Omnis) / Beatrix (Natus) DPS'd the shit out of them.
