so the game does not save mid draft at all or have ability to suspend a draft and resume later for some reason ..


what me and a few others may do it use the stream video and chat logs to piece together what we had, then re-draft them out of order to get the same teams and resume from there with a new draft order from that spot on

so like in round 24 suddenly the order would change >.>

I won't be able to actively help but I might be able to offer some strategic advice

1. start near the end of the stream rather than the beginning. you should be able to see a player's roster come up when you go to draft their next player, right? that must mean that near the end of the video there's going to be clips where you have almost full rosters on display for most/all of the teams. just work backwards from the last available usable roster and collect one for each team. as best you can.

2. get lefty, luster, ngamer, or some other robot to do it

3. possibly build an actual robot to do it for you. I assume this would go faster than manually doing everything yourself

From my experience with older versions of the game, you can put position players wherever you want, but if the computer is controlling the game, it will sub out players in wrong positions for players who do play that position. I don't know what would happen, say, if you put Stanton at catcher and don't have anyone else who is eligible at catcher. Probably besides a ton of passed balls, I guess he'd stay in. Try setting up your roster on your game and see how it goes.

I know in previous games that if they don't actually play the position the computer will replace them when your team hits the field.

Yup exactly. Even if your best Catcher is in the 50s they will force him on your MLB roster.

You could have ten closing pitchers as your whole pitching core but you need at least ten.
