Because I either think or know that the people I removed are not plausible candidates. It's not 100% impossible but I don't think Jeffrey or Dexter are likely at all.

Well, I have pretty amazing evidence that I specifically am not the culprit. Other than that, no. But evidence isn't something easy to come by unless you've got some special role, so depending on it is just weak.

(I have been ignoring this game, and I apologize for doing so. I blame it mostly on missing one of the deadlines and then over-sleeping through the last investigation guideline. Allow me time to catch up.)

No I just think that trying to argue without evidence is...how should I put this...'what'.

And realistically, there's very little evidence for anyone other than Zea or shados. Let's look at this:

The other footprints are Luis Sera's, who walked about halfway to the freezer before being shot to death, and the following group of people: Maria, Regaro, and Zea.

So, according to shados, these people were around the freezer area:
Luis Sera
Regaro
Maria
Zea
shados

There's a possibility that anyone else could be the murderer, but they're very slim. We have no evidence for any of them, aside from KCF, I'm not sure anyone else even left their room. Regaro and Maria are dead, which just leaves Luis and Zea. Luis...I can't think of anything else going for him, and the fact that he died the night of what would have been his big plan is kind of...eh. So it's probably not him, although he still posses a slightly better chance than the others. So that really just leaves Zea and shados.

Zea has a mountain of physical and circumstantial evidence against him. Problem is his motive is ass. His story that Maria and co. intended to slaughter everyone fits in very nicely with everything they did that night. I can't think of any other reason why they would do all that stuff. And if that was their intention, murdering them there would have been a terrible move. The motive is the weakest part of solving a mystery, but when it's this flagrantly opposed to the crime scene...

The other possibility is that shados is the killer, so he forged the investigation results, which is possible. He could have even forged the video footage he sent me so that I would think he knew less than he did - the real footage of the night could have lasted the entire time.

Although, it is also worth noting two things I just realized;
1. shados decided to investigate before anyone else. He chose the kitchen and the freezer. If it was his intent to forge the footprints in the kitchen and mess with evidence in the freezer, that would fit.
2. shados is also the one that broadcast the tape of Silver causing the flood which, as we learned the last time someone broadcasted a tape, causes all actions in the day to become possible private actions. This would have been great if he was trying to hide whatever actions he was going to do in the kitchen/freezer.

So yeah. Obvious evidence points to Zea, 'huh that's weird' evidence points to shados.

I'm confused about what you're asking. First off, I'm pretty sure Reg/Maria murdering themselves is Accident. They aren't separate things. Second,

No, it's still possible that Reg or Maria killed each other, for instance, or that one killed the other and then died through accident.

And yes, accidental deaths would probably require them unintentionally locking themselves in the freezer.

They did both die due to freezing though, so I don't think they could have killed one another. I can see Shados potentially having locked them in there, but I'm more willing to think Zea did it. I think the control panel would be hard to miss, and honestly if your partners in crime are locked in a freezer, you don't just give up on them >_>

They also could have suicided with the bombs and denied graduation to their killer as well. They sorta just accepted their deaths and didn't do anything about it after failing once. >_>

Ah, I suppose that's possible. Honestly, I'm mostly just going with the most obvious possibility. Zea following them around, they both get locked in while Zea is not by accident, and Zea doesn't figure out how to open the door? Not too plausible to me.

I think that's a likely scenario too, except the part where it makes Zea the culprit. It already got established during the last trial that leaving someone to die in a scenario where you weren't responsible for the fatal condition doesn't make you the culprit.

How about chance? Zea might have feared that Reg and Maria would turn against him in the end and there was no better chance than locking them in the freezer.

And then knowingly put myself into this kind of situation where I'm under scrutiny and left with no allies when most other people are still alive? I'm not about to try to finish the plan of killing everyone by myself. It would be impossible.

Remember, the last three people alive win. We were going to kill everyone else and win. I would have had nothing to gain from killing them. Notice how I tried to burn my gun after? I ran back into my room and did nothing else.

I've been carefully weighing the evidence before coming to a conclusion.

Or I've been lazy. One of the two. Time to catch up.

One thing though, Kanz said something about Luis Sera planting the freezer explosives. Do we know whether that refers to whatever hit Maria and Regaro, or the explosion that killed Shados?

Also a question. Does the game automatically end once three people are left, or does that end not happen until after any trials? As in, if I'm one of four people left and shoot someone in the face during Day in front of everyone, does the game just end without a trial?

I'd thought the three people left thing was just because murdering someone with three people in the game isn't viable, but a trial with three people remaining definitely is.

Auto, though I might change that for the next game. It didn't occur to me that some people might go homicidal on everyone so I made the rules like that and I can't change it mid-game, though I'm not exactly fond of it.

I think the easiest fix would be the same one that's in the actual games, that you can only murder two people at a time. However, I can't see a mechanic that would prevent an autowin once the game gets to 9 players; 3 people ally together and each kill 2. Even if there's a trial afterward, there's no one but murderers left.

I think implementing a rule to ban outside talking about the game or at least forming alliances would help

First things first: my actions for some reason didn't go through. Any particular reasons for that?

Second: Luis was the first person to take explosives, barring somebody sneaking in through airducts or somesuch. However, it is exceedingly likely somebody else took explosives the following night. The question's who. We need to determine who lacks a good alibi and go from there. Did any of you spot anybody else last night? If not, I've got a...potential theory...as to how people died. But unfortunately, there's no evidence beyond it being logical, and we all know how much logic's worth here.

I'm pretty confident Maria took the explosives, though since I never left my room that night I have no evidence. But the explosives seem to have been used within the freezer only. Furthermore the freezer door was probably shut at the time since the kitchen wasn't destroyed. That's evidence for the theory that Maria and/or Reg used the explosives to try to blow out the door. So this isn't something you need to theorize about.

Besides, a fair number of people took explosives, I think. I know I still have mine. You should have some too.
