Blissey is the only Pokemon I hate anywhere near as much as Pikachu, and there isn't much of a point to it. All it really did for a while was outclass other special walls... which you know, Chansey could've still been one fine. Blissey just irritates me.

Happiny is mostly the same thing; a pointless baby.

Chansey is the original so I give it props for that much at least; plus, Lucky Eggs.

Happiny: 1.5 (I understand it exists so that giant Chanseys aren't born out of eggs, but it still sucks)
Chansey: 8.5 - Always liked it in the anime, served its purpose well.
Blissey: 2.5 - The term SkarmBliss is all I will say. Bonus point for Jessie's Blissey friend in the anime.
