New NC basically tries to emulate Daffy Duck (pretty sure he admitted this somewhere) and tries to be wacky and stuff. and Older NC was more stern and to the point without too many overdrawn skits

I never found NC to be hilarious at all. its just Old NC's reviews were more enjoyable because they didn't have zany crap stopping the review every few minutes for a couple of minutes. not to say Old NC didn't have a couple here and there but they were quick to the point and got the job done

Brad Jones is probably my favorite, personally. Although I don't watch him on the TGWTG site, I stick to his Cinema Snob site. Team Snob > Team TGWTG, imo.

I can't find it now but there was one Tweet where some random chick complimented Oreo for being cute or something and "Oreo" responded with "Will you be my mommy?" (in dog pidgin speak of course).

I think Spoony must have deleted that one because that's REALLY REALLY creepy.

The problem with NC is he realized his audience is Reddit people, and has changed his mannerisms and style of humor to accommodate them more. Hence him acting crazier, using more bad running jokes, more freakouts, ect.

If you ever watch the NC when he's acting rationally, he's pretty smart and entertaining. His first videos were much more toned down than what came after.

Yeah. I still wanted to stop watching every time he had one of his patented "freakouts", so when a friend showed me some stuff from later on I was just like, "...no, god no, never again." But he was insightful toward the beginning, before devolving into an irrational sputter of profanity that isn't at all amusing whatsoever.

Even if you don't like Nostalgia Critic, watch the Animaniacs one if you like Animaniacs

It's just him conversing and discussing the show with a bunch of people that worked on it. It's awesome.

EDIT: and for a great example of him just being purely analytical with no stupid sketches or flying off the handle or anything, check out the Top 11 Batman: The Animated Series episodes. He nails a lot of great stuff in that one.

Yep.
like a lot of stuff got spun way out of proportion. She didn't even care in the slightest. Which is good to know, as she's one of the better reviewers on the site. Very analytical, if you like that sort of thing, more like a "serious" reviewer. Of which the site needs more.
