Their argument is one of semantics and hair-splitting. Their argument is that common parlance of 'regulated' merely meant 'prepared' (which, to be fair, it could be used that way), not necessarily 'to be regulated and supervised by an authority', completely ignoring the fact that words can have multiple meanings.

The statistics are pretty eye opening (or closing, if you're a chud). The majority of firearm murders come from legally obtained weapons

There is no passion in Marvel movies and there hasn't been since before Endgame, it's by the numbers focus group (and arguably always was) but I think it's more that people are just tired of them now. There's one every year and every single one of them is the same and all the more recent ones are characters that very few people actually give a shit about.

It's always the same -- start character development, find MacGuffin, undermine character development with jokes, make moar joke, defeat Big Bad, make another joke, credits, post-credit joke. It turned itself into a joke by undermining itself with jokes. When you turn your entire product into a joke, the consumers will treat it like one.

He didn't "throw" his leg up at all. Try watching the video. He makes a legit play and gets hit at an awkward spot and the momentum tips him over forward, making his legs raise by necessity. He's not even looking at the guy. You think he has eyes in the back of his head that he used to line that shit up? People tumble all the time and have their skates at head height as a result.

Apparently youtube has at least temporarily beat ublock, even with the quick fixes applied, but the current workaround is if you refresh the page and kill the refresh before it fully loads you can watch the video without being blocked. I'm seeing word that Youtube is hyper aggressively fighting this right now - and by that I mean pushing server side updates in 5 hour increments to beat updated filters. Who knows how long they'll do it, but folks might want to start seriously looking at youtube alternatives because they're going scorched earth on this.

YT started doing this a few weeks ago and Brave already figured out a way around it a few weeks ago. Use Brave.

Well if the Rock used his strength to hold Kevin under house arrest for decades, theres a good chance eventually Kevin would snap and make a dangerous stupid decision. The members of Hamas likely already believed they had no future before the attack which makes caring about consequences more abstract.
