Youre in need of a deep cleaning where they go below your gumline to remove the excess built up plaque. Brushing too hard also can cause damage. I went with the Oral B electric tooth brush with soft bristles and the setting for light brushing. Truth be told unless your teeth are strong/healthy most people tend to brush too hard. |

Working IT support, most of us drank heavily every weekend to ease the stress of the job. every support ticket felt like a court trial in which you were guilty by default and had to fight to prove your innocence |

I always drink water when i eat a meal or sometimes milk or coconut water. unfortunately with soda is that its cheap and widely available making people drink it more often than they should |
