Yeah someone else did this before in a game last year if i recall. Its an easy townclear on new players because scum is going to be antsy to chat with their teammates whereas town is going to start posting elsewhere.

If there is someone I still don't like, its definitely Lea. She basically spends the entire end of day 1 goading mzero and shading lopen. But not really much pressure to either.

I especially am annoyed at her trying to bunch up me and sbell with her vote yesterday. How dare I think Lopen is town its not like I haven't spent like my last 20 games or whatever townclearing people and then failing at actually voting scum(Seriously, winning strat would be take my townclears superserious and then just vote someone that isn't who I vote).

Death and FD have just kind of been here. I don't think I could tell you a strong opinion either has had this game. Other than that FD was very proud of his no lynch argument.

Ben was the last one in my group, I don't think I can townclear him for certain but the way he talks more openly about the factional split makes me lean further town than the rest of the group.

Honestly all of day 2 kind of sucks. ctes kind of rolls over, FD fishes out various information about kills and such but doesn't learn much of import. Beyond that interactions are mostly trash. Set days where we kill a third party and don't have much fight suck.

And yes, I remember ulti's "pick 3" garbage. Honestly this is why people should play coy with their scans because those lists are both useless and the day was dead when everyone was convinced there was a guilty scan.

I will say a big downer to the super early IGCD shot is that we only really have 1 meaningful interaction out of it. If corrik waited like half a day and then made the same shot it certainly would have left us a better pile of information.

Like, in some ways that might have made sense. Some of the stuff rolling around on CE was getting pretty explicit image-wise when I looked over. I think there was a reasonable line to be drawn(Or redrawn) and yet it doesn't seem like even that token effort was made.

This was a rule that felt like it modernized with the relative age of our userbase but looks like the rope may have been pulled all the way back to the early 2000s.

Access to Shiar medical tech would likely be needed to keep him alive, so he was expected to be gone long term. Both the XMen and Magneto were aware he left, but after over a year with no communication they may assume he's dead.

I was really curious if they were going to stick to classic canon with this and was very pleased that they did.

The whole rollout here pretty much reeks of ineptitude. We haven't even gotten great clarification on what "no hornyposting" means either. Best I can tell you cant even get to the line of "x is hot" and we have to post like we are all 12.

like this isn't even a hypothetical with something as basic as poll of the day - internet privacy is highly political, we had a poll on it in January earlier this year, and it's blatantly because of the Google court case with a 5 billion dollar settlement.

it took the news then asked a political question - internet privacy - with multiple different answers.

there's no guideline or explanation whatsoever on how news can be covered really. intentionally broad sure but still really dumb at best, an asshole move at worst.

the answer was basically "news was allowed but dont venture into politics" but it mostly circles back to "news is not allowed" since you pretty much cant discuss it in the slightest.

Historically (all 3 days of it), political topics outside of CE are deleted for off topic. Political posts inside topics are deleted for Disruptive or Other with an explanation of the new rule about politics. As the rule is new, there's isn't really a dedicated category for it at this time.

To be clear, it isn't that the rule is new, its "the rule was enacted without abruptly and without any thought".

It is atypical for new rules to not fit into a category.
