Tbh you could take these threads as evidence that yes, fandom needs to do something. But their continued existence is evidence that all Fandom is interested in is a performative statement

The thing is, the solution for this was the moderation system that was already in place.

Instead they've decided to extend this stupidly onto everyone with weird loopholes.

And doing it all under the guise of supposedly being more inclusive(There is nothing "inclusive" about this at all)..
