I find it funny how so many characters in resident evil wear short sleeves/roll their sleeves up when you'd think covering skin would be of the utmost importance in the resident evil verse. Indeed, the few characters that actually wear full body armor, namely the Umbrella operatives, are usually taken down like mooks.

I said he wrote background that took place thousands of years before the start of the game during pre-production. Unless you were just agreeing with my initial post, I'd say the direct quotes from Miyazaki and Martin saying exactly what I wrote (5k years instead of 1k year, of course) does support my argument?

He wrote the setting and backstory. Like maybe he didn't do the Shattering and stuff, but he'd be the one who wrote the war against the giants and stuff like that.

FROM confirmed that he wrote some background lore that takes place like a thousand years before the start of the game and he delivered it way back in pre-production. They more or less intentionally avoiding giving him anything that could impact their release schedule and what he wrote is practically ignored, so it's more likely they just wanted to use his name in marketing.

^ I agree with all of that, but with that said, I think I like the cast of characters, and some of the villains were done pretty well.

I've been hearing a lot of negative takes on the game. So is the concensus that the story is the only good part about this game? I'm just waiting until it comes to PC eventually.

Is that not... Incredibly overpaid considering the work involved? I know there's more to it than point the camera and click... But it's still only a day's work

Is the price so high because it's hard to get many gigs for these guys? Like maybe they only get 2-3 a month to work
