A White Hotel Clerk named "Dwayne" in Virginia wa fired after he was caught on camera calling a black customer a MONKEY..but he SWEARS that he's not RACIST!!

The less than a minute video shows Dwayne at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson flipping his lid after he told Irby Fogleman to "get off my property" and saying Fogleman is "rude"

As he turns away once again telling Fogleman to get his family and get the f*** out he can be heard saying "F****** monkey"

Irby then says "Oh, so you're racist. That's why you don't like me. Cause i'm black" Dwayne says "No, i don't like you cause you're a d***"

Irby then promises him that this altercation will be all over the internet as Dwayne goes back behind the desk to speak to a white customer in a "polite" manner.

Lisa Little, the manager said the employee has been fired immediately as they will now be re-trainig their employee on code of conduct

Irby, who is 36 was with his girlfriend, Kelsey Cunningham, who is white and their 2 kids who was there to see his mother. They moved to this part of Virginia so Kelsey could be closer to her parents and Irby went to ask the clerk for a new room for his mother because it smelled like smoke. The clerk wouldn't accomodate his request and when he asked to see his boss, that's when Dwayne flipped his lid and turned into a shouting match.

Kelsey said that Dwayne already seemed agitated and frustrated who complained that the hotel was a joke and that he should run it

The clerk told his side claiming that the video failed to show that Irby called him "stupid" and "lazy" for not responding to his requests but admitted he took it too far but SWEARS that he's not racist and calling him a monkey was not about race.. Dwayne says he has BLACK FRIENDS who knows he's not racist..

Well, you can't do that shit in a customer-facing role. And once a story makes national headlines, it turns what might have been a reprimand into a firing.
