I wonder if they could've done more with Civil War if it had come after the time of Disney+ and thus could've had a companion mini-series to lead into it. I'd almost think the movie itself would work better as a D+ series, but obviously they'll never do something that high profile with their biggest actors as just a TV show.

Black Panther is a weird movie, in that I overall liked it, but I thought T'challa's plot was the least interesting part of it. His climactic battle at the end felt so boring compared to what was going on elsewhere.

Claire didn't appear in season 5 at all, so I think it's fair to call it a core 8.

Jack/Kate/Sawyer/Hurley/Sayid/Jin/Sun/Locke are the only characters to appear, credited with the main cast, for all six seasons.

That being said, if we include Claire as core, then we ought to include Charlie as well. Even though he died halfway through the show, he was just as important and prominent as those nine while he was alive.

To add onto this, if you count Charlie as core then I feel like you also have to count Ben and Juliet as core, even if they weren't around from the beginning. Ben especially is more core to the plot than characters like Sun and Jin.

But I imagine TC just means characters around in the beginning who survived into the final season (well except Rose of course).

The wording is available games like Smash AND games coming to Switch in the first half of 2021 with no indication of what the split there is going to be. So I wouldnt worry too much about that.

I didn't say anything about being worried. I want to see a big Animal Crossing update and perhaps other stuff like that, lol.

Putting the focus on released games is interesting. Have they ever put something like that in their announcement before? Smash and probably Animal Crossing updates makes sense, but they're the only two games still expecting new content. I wonder if there's gonna be a surprise update for something older like Mario Kart. Oh, I could also easily see a Ring Fit expansion.

As for Quicksilver, I think this ep puts a damper on the idea that he's actually Foxsilver bringing the X-men into the MCU. Seems more like it's just a meta-reference and he's the same Pietro body as ATJ. but as speculated his consciousness may well be someone not on Wanda's agenda at all. He makes note of Vision being dead already causing Wanda to push him away, did I miss one of the kids telling him that? Not sure how he would know otherwise, seems like a red flag.

I think it's too early to write it off. In the same way Monica took on a new persona, Foxsilver could have been altered as well. Like it's physically Foxsilver, but Wanda has implanted him with all her memories of MCUsilver.

Would Trials of Mana or the original be worth it if I have no nostalgic connection to the series?

I had no attachment either and tried Trials of Mana recently. The story presentation was sure odd at times, but the gameplay was fun and as it's meant to be played multiple times, the pacing is pretty quick. The job system felt like it might as well not exist, but I also didn't play on a harder difficulty so many the different skills shine more there. I got it on sale for $20 and I thought it was definitely worth that much at least.

Unless Im really misreading it, it can only be Ant-Man, Black Panther, or Doctor Strange because of the first perhaps only comment, and Id be shocked if it was either of the last two so soon.

Based on the way I think you're reading it, I'm not sure how you're including Ant-Man as a possibility but also discounting the first Captain America, Avengers, Guardians, or Spider-Man.

My favorite to sleep with was a big soft bear I got for Christmas, but my favorite overall was this huge ass dog that was almost more like furniture than a stuffed animal. It was stiffer than normal, and designed in a way that you could sit on its upper back and lean back on it.

Unfortunately I spoiled myself for thw big reveal, but it was still amazing.

The funny thing is I kind of did too, because I noticed the character's name trending on Twitter, but then it turned out not to be spoiled after all because of how they did it.

I'm not ambidextrous by any means, but I can't say I have any problem typing efficiently with my left hand. Having to re-learn reversed-asdf just sounds like a bigger handicap than anything that keyboard would be trying to help with.
