ROTJ feels like a cast reunion where everybody seems tired of the material, and it relies too much on rehashing earlier material and a has a questionable resolution to the Luke/Leia/Han triangle. It's way more wobbly than the first two but it's still Star Wars so it's enjoyable --- I wish we all waved |

Because what you just listed are merely things that happened not due to any growth whatsoever. And I can't believe you fell for Finn having literally the exact same arc as TFA. You're hopeless. Rey went from begging Luke to "show her her place" to reminding him who he is and to snap out of it before taking charge herself. Kylo was clearly guilty and split until he doubled down. Finn only cared about Rey and getting back at the First Order until the end of TLJ when Rose shows him the entire Resistance needs him.
