| ledbowman 12/03/20 10:58:09 PM #1 | even for a dahl story imo. i guess it's mostly due to the one scene where at their child predator convention spoilers the witches catch the main kid and hold him down and pour a small potion in his mouth and he stands up and he's all staggering. like jeez. it was already going there when the lady randomly came up to up and offered him candy but they took it pretty far. it works well because just a little of it is enough to "taint" the rest of the material with the evil of it as it goes on being a family movie. i liked it a lot. anjelica huston slaps --- pisces |
