Amnesiac plays, or did play, a lot of High School sports, so he comes from that background and has kept that part of the game in his transition to playing Hearthstone. Seeing him get pumped about a win is pretty cool when everyone else is a robot.

I feel like I'd be twice as arrogant if I was a professional Hearthstone player as a 15 (now 17) year old.

Teenagers are insufferable as it is. When I listen to Amnesiac when he's talking about the game and not teenager things, he comes across as incredibly knowledgeable. It's impossible to ask him to be professional all the time.

To be honest, I want to see more arrogance and egos in Hearthstone and esports. Part of the fun of real sports is the trash talk and competitive spirit, and it feels like a lot of that is lost when it comes to esports and everyone trying to be as humble as possible.

I thought the finals were great, but I was rooting for Amnesiac so I can see how we have differing opinions there. Twitch chat seemed to not enjoy that first game, but I thought it was one of the best I watched in the tournament.

The Last Jedi sucked, but I genuinely liked Solo and thought it was a good movie. I hate to see it do poorly because of Star Wars fatigue and fans still being upset about the previous film.

I'll admit I was not looking forward to it going in, but it definitely exceeded my low expectations.

They are reverting the Tess nerf and allowing players who brought Quest Druid to HCT Seoul to resubmit their deck.

Unpopular opinion in this topic: I would have preferred a dust refund on Tess instead of a reversion on the nerf.

I've had a lot of fun playing this game, and I've actually played it with other B8ers. Had one of my favorite online gaming sessions playing against davidponte in Disc Jam.

I remember that! That game was a good time for the small moment I played it. I won my first like 20 or so games online and felt like I was on top of the world, then hit a wall and didn't feel like putting in the effort to get much better than I was.

Our B8 sessions were great, though.

I got an Alex in my opening hand in the Brawl and won the game very quickly.

Also bought the 10 pack bundle and got a solid zero new cards, other than a golden Patient Assassin which turned into 400 dust.

Their streams were great when they first started out, but once it devolved into Foki, Joast, all the shipping, and the community in general being incredibly cringey, I just couldn't handle it anymore.

Browsing their subreddit for 5 minutes will tell you all you need to know about current OfflineTV.

I still watch Toast and Lily though, because they generally have existed in their own bubble for the last little while.

I went to Unforgiven 2006 (Cena/Edge TLC), and being in Toronto, the crowd was very pro-Edge despite this being a time where Cena was still loved by everyone.

Being the 12 and 9 year old my brother and I were, we were obviously cheering for Cena, and I can remember my brother yelling "Edge sucks" every 45 seconds for the entire match.

Looking back, I can only imagine how annoying that must have been to everyone around us.

I got my girlfriend to get me a Tempo Storm jersey as part of my birthday gift, so that's coming in the mail. I was thinking about getting a Hearthstone player's name on the back, but went with the creator of all things Hearthstone in Reynad instead.

They just released some pretty sweet looking windbreaker jackets as well.
